Check in went flawlessly. Great check in personnel. Pool was out of service, ice machines were out of service, room lock wouldn't' lock, (moved to another room immediately). they had cinnamon rolls but not the "Holiday Inn" cinnamon rolls but tasty. no waffle or pancake machine. Just not the "Holiday Inn" breakfast that we are accustomed to. All personnel that we were in contact with were top notch.

Room was good. Bed comfy. A lot of traffic noise from hiway. No ice machines at all. They did have a chest freezer with ice. Staff was super friendly and talkative. Will stay here again.

No AC in the lobby or restaurant area, pool was not open, room phone did not work, no towels, room was dirty with wrappers from previous guest left behind

Shower had no pressure or stopper. The sink stopper could not be lifted. The TV had several problems

Hotel was dirty old dingy. The bathtub was disgusting. The main lobby had no air conditioning. The breakfast didn’t have pancakes. The pool was closed for renovation but there was no sign of renovations. It was a terrible experience would not recommend ever.

Not up to my typical Holiday Inn Express experience by a long shot. Got in late the first night so I did not realize the room was missing a shower curtain, a desk lamp, a coffee maker, ironing board, and hair dryer. Went down to the front desk and they were pleasant but said that they did not have an replacements for all the missing items. So, they finally agreed to let me move to a different room ( note - my idea, NOT theirs......) The second room was okay BUT was supposed to get daily service and did not. Finally the day before I checked out (6 day stay), I flagged down a very pleasant house keeper who was able to service the room. The breakfast was NOT typical Holiday Inn fare. NO cinnamon buns which is one of the reasons I choose Holiday Inn express. Apparently, had not had any in awhile and were not sure when they might have them again. Clearly, there USED to be a pancake machine but it was gone. The towels were thin and well used with frayed ends. The whole thing was not in good shape. I will NOT ever stay there again. Too many other good options in the area. Oh, and the sign for the hotel on the street is not lit.... drove pass the place twice on the first night before I finally found the drive way..... should have taken that as a sign I guess.

Website did not say that the pool was closed. Looked like they had not run a vacuum in months. Parking lot area dirty and unmaintained. No indication of lack of housekeeping and ran out of towels. Desk person was super nice and apologetic and found towels for us. She was great, hotel was not. Hard to believe this is actually a Holiday Inn property. Rate was WAY high for what it is.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. This property is horrible. The staff is uncaring if you book thru expedia or a "3rd Party". Its location is crappy, off a business route and you cant see the signs to enter...Got to the hotel and there was a small paper sign saying pool was being renovated, not one thing on the site about no pool and the cost was way too much a night for this crap hole. Room was ok, elevator is small, building is old and smelly. Came back to hotel after going out to Whitecaps game to find there was a family reunion that happened there. Found out they used all the ice in the place, and that it was one of the hotel workers family reunion that took place. That price and no ice, 1 broken ice machine and the large manager said that the other ice machine couldnt keep up...Seems to me they should worry about paying customers more than staff using the facilities. Also, the party there was in the parking lot smoking pot and hanging out...There was still no ice in the morning when we got up at 8am to get breakfast. Now on to breakfast, horrible....no pancakes, limited selection of pastries, this was one of the worst Holiday inns that we have ever been too. The room was cleanish, bathroom was dark and dingy and they had only 2 towels. We had to ask for a couple of more since we showered after we got there. Expedia is criminal for making people pay insurance for not being allowed to cancel reservations or book something crappy like this place.

It states it had a pool and when we got there the pool was being renovated. Our kids were disappointed, that’s why we booked that hotel. And for $220/night it was so gross and dirty.

Worst hotel I've stayed in: 1. No hot water to shower 2. I asked for an extra pillow and they gave me one with a giant stain 3. They were "running low" on towels so asked me to bring mone to the front desk when i was finshed and they would gove new ones in "20-30 minutes" 4. Only ice machine was on the first floor and wasn't working 5. Pool was "closed for maintenance"

Pool closed, one and only elevator out of order, vending machines out of order, phone in the room out of order, breakfast average, printer out of order so receipt emailed to me, emailed receipt didn’t contain any charges so I had to call back to get it resent.

Room was outdated. Stains on the floor. No hot water, toilet broke, no fresh towels. Very disappointing

Pro's- by expressway, had a basic free breakfast. Con's- shower water was mostly cold, pool was out of commission! (part of the reason I booked), rooms were not in the best condition.

The advertised pool was out of order. The WiFi was out and the television quit working almost immediately. Breakfast was all right, room was clean, but the whole experience left me wanting. And we were there two nights!

Clean, well run. Just way older than the other Holiday Inn Express & Suites across town. Meant to stay there. Will in the future.

Place was older but clean. Little hard to find driveway due to lights out and road construction.

Terrible staff. They canceled my reservation without notifying me. The staff did not care that I arrived late with kids they basically left me to start looking for accommodation at 1 AM. Very un impressed and very uncaring staff. Not sure if i will ever recover from this. Terrible customer service.

The main area of the room has carpeting that needs a cleaning, the bathroom needs a major redo, lighting is poor for putting on makeup, shower had great water pressure and was hot. Bed slept comfortable.

Pool didn’t work , shower knob was broken , 4 ppl room only 1 tiny bar of soap and 1 mini bottle of conditioner not even shampoo , breakfast orange juice was water with a hint of orange juice

We were only there as a stop off point on our way to Toronto. Staff was very nice, the room was clean.

Pool was close

Staff were excellent. The room was clean , but lacked soap, shampoo, etc. we did receive them from staff. The room was dated and need of updates. The Pool was closed for renovations, we were not informed of this until we asked.

Breakfast was unimaginative. Food supply truck arrived too late first day. Staff called in sick second day. Staff that was there did the best the could. We went elsewhere for breakfast 3rd morning. Card key system had multiple problems. Room for fellow traveler was unmade. Toilet overflowed. Room was quiet and we slept well. All staff was pleasant and tried to overcome these problems. I would pay more & go somewhere else.

We initially rented 2 rooms at another hotel for our daughter & friends and another for us for her 14th birthday. When I arrived at check-in, I was informed the pool was out of order and apparently had been for weeks. That was the whole point of the reservation! I cancelled that reservation and made new arrangements from their parking lot. When we arrived, literally 10 minutes later, Amanda was able to get us rooms close together and the pool was working. The girls had a blast and the rooms are basically soundproof, so I was able to relax. Breakfast was fantastic and a very wasy way to feed seven teenage girls. I saw that I could buy the shampoos etc online, but I would really like to be able to purchase the coffee. Thank you, Amanda, for accomodating us so quickly.

Visiting family we needed clean and comfortable. This room was adequate with lots of room and good furniture. Lighting near the sink and microwave is lacking and the Kureg was broken. Elevator was tired and we were glad not to be nearby!

got locked out of the room, panel would not work, all it did was bèep a long beep for over an hour, finally was let in manually then was told to switch rooms Broken makers in both rooms, not too clean

The bathroom toilet was dirty I just don’t understand how was that missed by a housekeeper The shower had a hair and honestly they need to update their TVs

No fault of hotels.com, but check in took almost 15 mins because the credit card machine seemingly wasn't accepting our payment(s) for incidentals ($40) and charged us FIVE times; there was hair in the sink; pink soap on the tub; and the toilet would run every 10 mins. This building could use a refresh. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Personable staff

Older property but in good condition. The indoor pool was out of service. Breakfast was good, hot and decent options. Bed was ok, not the best but certainly not the worst. Overall good for the price IMO.

Very outdated, had problems with the tv.
