This was a very good experience.

The bed was really small and the pillows must be change

The "king bed" was 2 singles pushed together, with a thin mattress. Could not sleep in the middle of the bed and the mattress edges sagged downwards. There were little black hairs on the bedsheet that I had to wipe off before lying down. Bugs were in the kitchen sink (midges/ sandflies). Old air cooler in room - not an air conditioner. The toilet seat cover was not properly attached and kept moving when I used it. The brick walls made the whole interior seem dark and very dated. For the price, and label "king executive suite", I expected something more recent.
The kitchenette sink was a good addition and the tv was large, although only free-to-air channels were available, no Freeview options or Foxtel. There was no traffic noise, which was a definite positive.

Room was clean enough, air conditioner needed cleaning was very dusty. Grounds needed attention and swimming pool had green water so not useable. The front office was very untidy inside.

When we arrived there were more than 20 cigarette butts next to our front door.... they were still there 4 days later.
The pool is green, slimy and filthy.
The gardens are atrocious as is the general appearance of the whole building.
The staff forgot to clean our room one day!
We won't be staying there again.

I liked everything. We stayed over once before which is why we came back. The staff were helpful and friendly- great restaurant with lovely food. Made us feel right at home.

Shower water flow was poor so nozzle and hose needs replacement.
No room service so this needed.

Them motel was just ok. Not a very nice smell in the room when we arrived. Other motel guests seem to have any regards to noise level outside but after awhile did drop later in the evening. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Towels old and frayed on edges

Excellent motel, very friendly courtliest staff easy check in, very clean and comfortable rooms. Love this motel one of the best that I’ve stayed at. Would highly recommend and stay there again and again

The place is convenient and not too bad. The owners at reception could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. When checking in i felt like i was a hassle to be checking in. A smile goes a long way.

Lovely large clean spacious room. Excellent value for money. Tea/coffee etc topped up daily. However there was no plug, teatowel, cloth to was dry used dishes. Was dishwashing detergent.
Would definitely stay again. Under new management, they have a lot of work to do in tidying up the gardens etc, but can't complain about the actual room.

Should not advertise a free breakfast. On arrival I was given 2 slices of bread with the comment “ this is your breakfast - there is cereal coffee in the room”. The cereal consisted of 3 jars of various stuff decanted from cereal boxes. 2 containers of diced peaches in the fridge.
Our decision to stay there was partially based on there being a free breakfast. It was pathetic!

There was no wifi, no foxtel either. We weren’t told had to find out ourselves.

The Entry door knob was extremely loose.
The floor and furniture was covered in black road grime.
The stench which came from the pipes in the bathroom was almost unbearable.
Management needs to take responsibility and not just pass the blame on to their staff.

Very outdated and old. Lovely lady at the front, but the rooms were very 70s and had not been updated. And i had an exceutive room.
