Room was on first floor asked to be switched to a higher level was told no. Bathroom bathtub was dirty had to buy a shower mat to place in bathtub because of the stains in the tub did not want to have my feet touching the tub. You had to bring your dirty towels to the front and they counted them before they gave you new ones. The door to balcony had a rod that hung off and was not safe. Very noisy. Stay was suppose to be Sunday to Friday we checked out Wednesday could not take it anymore wish I could include pictures that I took . Also you had to use a long number code just to open your door which was ridiculous usually hotels give you the door card key to open the door was also nervous that we would get bed bugs for staying there.

I Thought the room was very comfortable and the Balcony view of the Beach was Great! There's a pool, lazy river, hot tub and only 100 yards away is the Ocean. The breakfast accross the street at Magnolias was great was a Buffet style. Parking garage was a block away. Overall was well worth the money and wish I could of stayed longer! Would like to come back some day!

This hotel was very nice. The people at the desk were very polite the hotel was very clean even the elevator. It was a little outdated but they did keep it clean.
The rooms were very nice and I really enjoyed the ocean view even though our room was on the side we had a clear view of the ocean. Only thing I did not like was that long code you have to key in to get into your room. You have to key it in just right if you make a mistake you will not be able to get in your room. You have to keep trying over and over, that was annoying

This property is very poorly managed and maintained. One of the two elevators is missing a panel and exposes the wooden layer underneath. The room is not very clean and they don’t service the room at all. We have to take the trash out ourselves and exchange for clean towels at the front desk!

Property was great!! Room could of used some updating but was VERY clean. Felt very safe in the area. Lots of things to do very close. Staff was very nice and helpful. Check in was a little stressful but went fast just lots of cars unloading. i recommended not getting there directly at 4 if possible.

Great resort. Being beachfront was awesome. Only issue I had was they only had one elevator working so it became a long wait sometimes, but it’s definitely nice you get free breakfast and free mini golf during your whole stay.

We had an amazing time here. The staff is very friendly and are there 24/7 for assistance. The room was everything you could imagine. It’s nice to have a parking garage that is secure and able to also walk to locations. Will highly recommend and stay again.

The room and staff was incredible. Only frustration was due to the elevator and hot tub being down.. and this wasn’t listed in the booking or advertisement.

Two elevators and one was out of order. Ice machine didn’t work. Staff barely spoke English. No house keeping during the stay. Lazy river and covered pool were tiny and dirty. Do not recommend.

Loved the room set up. The view was wonderful. The pools were disappointing. One was warmer water but under a walk way. The other was cold and out in the sun. Both were small in size for the number of rooms. No jacuzzi, but think they were installing one. The food vouchers for magnolias were awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great location. Their free breakfast was at a restaurant across the street with a buffet which was great and they also included a free game of mini golf that was also across the street. We enjoyed these unexpected perks.

We were beachfront pool side ground floor and it was perfect for our family. Property was clean and employees were very helpful and nice. We were very happy with everything.

Hi, i booked a room with kichenette, i paid a bigger price to have the kichenette in my room.... my booking was suppose to be a room with kichenette.....and never got one, at arriving at the hotel they switched my room and they gave me a standard one, i lost food for 200$ that i brought with me, i never got an accees to a room with kichenett....i had to put the food it in to the

Location 5 minutes from boardwalk limited parking Parking was two streets away had to exchange towels at front desk. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel provided breakfast but it was a street away

We had to stand in the rain for an hour after checkin time. When we asked at 430 if our room was ready the staff was very hostile. Our room had been moderately cleaned and the bathroom door stuck because it looks like it was forced open. We called Expedia for assistance after we finally got checked in and were told they would need to file a complaint at the openly hostile hotel we were in. Go to another hotel if possible.
