My room appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned and the elevator was not working. Other then those things my stay was okay

First off, the elevator is currently out of service - this shows on the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise, but due to issues that arose, I did have to make extra trips up and down to the third floor. The refrigerator in my room did not work, so I had to travel down for ice from the kitchen. On my last day, the door locks apparently hadn’t been updated to the recent time change, so I got locked out of my room while eating breakfast and then had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. However, the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and the hours were good. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped (besides the refrigerator, but I was only there for one night and didn’t have an actual need for it, just wanted to chill some drinks). I would go back.

Loved the location and have stayed there before. The hotel in the last year has gotten a bit dirty, elevator was not working so we needed to lug our suitcases up 3 floors, it was a bit hard on us 70+ ladies but staying a week we really wanted to be in the suite that offers 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Hotel definitely needs some upgrades and cleaning. Very nice hospitality nights Monday-Wednesday, hospitality hostess was the best, thank you Veronica! Great breakfast.

I never was informed that the elevator wasn’t working, they said it’s been out a week. On the carpet by the air conditioner the carpet was soaking wet. Also the person in the room above me seemed like he was stomping his feet as he was walking back & forth at 5:30am,

The elevator didn’t work and hasn’t for months evidently but they of course didn’t divulge this on the reservation. They did call me the day of and ask if I wanted a different room but I needed a suite so I had no choice. The furniture was torn and had stains on it, the curtains in the main bedroom had something on them, not sure if I want to know what it was. There was hair in the bathrooms and colored tinsel in the bathrooms and on the couch. The stove had crusty stuff on it and there were crumbs between the fridge and counter. On the positive side….very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, probably the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. The lobby was nice and updated. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices

Woman at front desk who was working on sept 15 between the hours of 1am and 2:30am was rude and unpleasant during check in. As well as the woman working sept 15 at 10am had a lot of attitude when asking if the suite I was in had any coffee filters

The 2 bedroom suite was magnificent, far exceeded our expectations.

Although the beds were comfortable, the room was disappointing. The phone and hair dryer did not work, the closet door did not close fully, the carpet was wet by a mechanical closet within the bedroom and there were many sticky areas on the carpet. Most fixtures were in a state of disrepair. Service was excellent, breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

Very nice front desk staff. Gym was good. Room was ok but spider webs tons in the windows , no hot water one day so cold bath :/, my car got dinged by someone in parking lot . They tell u no hotel service n thats fine but 1 roll of toilet paper for my stay was ugh n maybe another bar of soap . alarm clock went off too n id not set it so messed my sleep up 4AM ! Rough

Saw a paparr about a power outage asked the lady before I paid about it and she said 4:30-5:30 my pregnant wife had to get ready with no power or A/c bc they cut the power at 3:30. We then returned to the room at 8:30 and the room was still scorching hot bc the ac didnt turn back on and was hot all night. Awful experience. Had she not told me the wrong time I would’ve went to a different hotel. My pregnant wife also had to walk up 3 flight of stairs twice bc the elevator was out with the power. No compensation was offered either. Will never stay again. The room also stunk and was dirty. Saw toenails on the fooor next to the bed

The property was great. We stayed one night while attending a sporting event at OSU. It was quick and easy to get to campus/downtown/High Street. Free breakfast was nice. The property is certainly a bit older, but it was a great price and exactly what we needed for a night in town!

We have stayed at other Staybridge Suites, and this one did not disappoint! The ease of check in was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious! We had a very quiet room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was no bedding for the pull-out couch, but were brought immediately after a call to the front desk. We would highly recommend this homeland would definitely stay there again!

This was an awesome stay for my family. The room was clean, we was given clean towels daily, the breakfast was delicious and we was just minutes from our destination each day. Highly recommend this area.

Front desk staff was great! Clean and comfortable rooms. Only complaint would be the configuration of the bedroom to the door to get in and out of the bathroom. It was very tight.

Staff was Amazing! Room was excellent for what we needed, they were a few minkr things that the staff took note of such as a broken closet handle but nothing that was going to affect our trip. Pool was pretty cold and the breakfast was OK but the staff in every area was absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough nice things about them.

Our air was out the entire time we were there. We were told a tech would be in to fix it. Nobody ever came and we were t met with any explanation. They gave a small discount. Our room got to 83 degrees at some points. The air in most of the hotel was out but they were in denial. The front desk woman was not very helpful all. Ridiculous.

Was pleasantly surprised by the size/layout of the room and how comfortable/homey it felt. The location was so so, but the hotel itself was very nice. The pool seemed to be way over-chlorinated, enough so that it made me not want to get in it. The included breakfast was pretty good.
