The room was great, very comfortable. The negative was someone made a noise complaint about our room That caused the front desk to check on us. Said the noise was all night and early that morning. Not pleased that it happened. We are very conscientious guests and it did not happen. Very embarrassing situation. Later that morning at breakfast, the dining room was overloaded with teenagers that took over the room, took all the food in excess with no adult supervision. Pans were empty for awhile before they were refilled. I think that was the issue with the noise. Regardless we will not be staying at that hotel again. Very disappointed.

My room was nice and clean. Great for Thanksgiving dinner with family. However I was very upset that the web site nor did the staff mention the pool was out of order. Till after I checked in. I was not able to get a refund. The pool and the kitchen in my room was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel.

Was told at check in the elevator was out to 3rd floor. Told clerk I don't do stairs well with knee surgery. Switched room to 1st floor. Same person that was there in May when I stayed. Very nice customer service which is greatly appreciated

First off, the elevator is currently out of service - this shows on the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise, but due to issues that arose, I did have to make extra trips up and down to the third floor. The refrigerator in my room did not work, so I had to travel down for ice from the kitchen. On my last day, the door locks apparently hadn’t been updated to the recent time change, so I got locked out of my room while eating breakfast and then had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. However, the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and the hours were good. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped (besides the refrigerator, but I was only there for one night and didn’t have an actual need for it, just wanted to chill some drinks). I would go back.

Loved the location and have stayed there before. Loved the location and have stayed there before. I never was informed that the elevator wasn’t working, they said it’s been out a week. On the carpet by the air conditioner the carpet was soaking wet. Also the person in the room above me seemed like he was stomping his feet as he was walking back & forth at 5:30am,

The furniture was torn and had stains on it, the curtains in the main bedroom had something on them, not sure if I want to know what it was. There was hair in the bathrooms and colored tinsel in the bathrooms and on the couch. The stove had crusty stuff on it and there were crumbs between the fridge and counter. On the positive side….very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, probably the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. The lobby was nice and updated. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices

Woman at front desk who was working on sept 15 between the hours of 1am and 2:30am was rude and unpleasant during check in. As well as the woman working sept 15 at 10am had a lot of attitude when asking if the suite I was in had any coffee filters

The elevator was down the night we checked in. Wouldn’t be an issue and the reception said it “wouldn’t be back working anytime soon”.

What I didn't like about their service was that the elevator broke down and it took more than 24 hours to fix it and I had to bring my suitcases down from the third floor by the stairs.

Wonderful room, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was also very good. Didn't get to enjoy the pool this time, but looking forward to it next time. They also have free washing machines and dryers available for guests. Didn't need them this time, but maybe we'll use them for a longer visit.

Although the beds were comfortable, the room was disappointing. The phone and hair dryer did not work, the closet door did not close fully, the carpet was wet by a mechanical closet within the bedroom and there were many sticky areas on the carpet. Most fixtures were in a state of disrepair. Service was excellent, breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

They tell u no hotel service n thats fine but 1 roll of toilet paper for my stay was ugh n maybe another bar of soap . alarm clock went off too n id not set it so messed my sleep up 4AM ! Rough
