I was very surprised at how quiet it was in the room considering we were right on the highway. Construction inside the hotel made our stay not as nice as it should have been.

Always welcoming here. The property is currently being renovated, so some parts don’t look as aesthetically pleasing as they normally would… But I’m sure the end result will be great.

The front desk is very profesional! The room looks as photos, but the towels and sheets and pillows are very used and old. (They look dirty but are clean) it is necessary they changue the kind of laundry detergente because the odor is awful. The furniture in the entrance are tore, old and dirty. The ceilings and carpets in the hallway looks very old. But happily the hotel is under remodelación, I really wish they will improve the building because the service is very good.

Well situated near restaurants. Room was excellent for the price. Some renovations visible, but nothing going on for our overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent.

Got robbed in our room first day we were there they took money and clothing and did not get resolved I must’ve said oh well stuff happens like that they had major construction going on very dirty and a lot of noise very disappointed they should’ve taken off some thing off our bill for the inconvenience that we had

So, first of all. There was no water, i mean zero water Monday-Friday after 9pm. I asked for a couple extra cloth hangers, it took them 2 days to give me some. After i made a phone call and spoke with the same house keeper twice. Also, because i stayed 4 nights, i ran out of toilet paper. I asked one of the house keepers for 2 rolls, she said i can only have 1. Because we were 2 people, we ran out again, i mean the rolls were small. So, i sent my friend to the desk to ask for 2 rolls, they said, we already gave you one, so we can't give two, here's one...By the way, I was OMG. Same thing with the towels. The hotel is under construction, yea, there was all kinds of noises, day and night. However, they didn't post that when i booked the hotel. It would been nice to know, about the water. For a Hampton hotel, idk. The mustiness and the smell because of that, it was uncomfortable. I travel a lot in the US and latin America. I have stayed in unpleasant places. At end of the day, it is what it is. However, again for a Hampton hotel and their reputation, it's disappointing. Im sorry to say this. A month ago, i went to the same region, i stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next to it, wow, a world of a difference. Way better. Im not picking on you guys. Please listen to this: "My worst critics, have been my best teachers" That quote, has help me to improve my life in every way.

Overall everything was good, just the receptionist, make me feel like I was bothering her.

Old building

You expect a different standard when you book in a Hampton. This one is clearly deflected and poorly maintained.

We were very pleased with out stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Saltillo. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and complimentary coffee was great. The location was excellent near downtown and on the freeway. The only complaint was the toilet did not flush well and the water pressure was very low.

Great stay. All the staff was amazing.

The bad: Room Keys are horrible, every day had to doublecheck they worked, day 1 and 2 had to go back to lobby to reprogram keys, day 4 the door lock wasnt programmed at all. Frist room we got was dirty and smelly, requested a room change and second room was better. Elevator 2 wouldnt open doors in 4th floor every other day. The good: Staff is super friendly - specially bell boy Don Jose Breakfast was good all 6 days Cleaning staff was good too.

Very old, bathrooms are not well cleaned, shower head was old, rusty, broken walls. It needs emergency update.

Hotel could have been cleaner

Looks like nobody take care of this hotel. The lobby restroom was unacceptable, this hotel needs a renewal

Not as clean as I would have hoped

Another good stay. The hotel was crowded with youth soccer teams. But management did well with the increased traffic. No issues.

Check in got us waiting an extra hour to get a room. Staff not so friendly.
