Great location and helpful staff. When we arrived at the property it wasn’t possible to stop out front of the hotel to unload our bags. This unfortunately meant we had to drive by and reroute and this took 20 minutes to get back to the hotel where we had to stop and hold up traffic whilst we quickly unloaded the car. If we had been told before where the parking lot was located it would have made the arrival a lot easier.

Friendly and helpful front-desk staff, perfectly situated hotel, nice (small) rooms, offsite parking only a minute away.

Beautiful views, right in the middle of everything. Perfect location, wonderful staff, tasty breakfast one day when we were in a rush and didn't want to wait for things to open. Great place to stay!

Location is great and lots of nearby restaurants. Breakfast in lobby was very good and fair for the price.

When arrived given a smoking room which smelled terrible. asked to change and we did to room above (non-smoking) still smelt a little bit odd, and smell got stronger when air con turned on. Asked to borrow an iron and was given one which said in spanish "do not give out this iron". My boyfriend cannot read spanish and so used the iron which has now left permanant black marks on his shirt and he can no longer wear it. Told the person at the front desk he apologised but otherwsie, nothing else was done about this. Deeply unsatisfied, we decided to move hotels. Would not recommend.

A nice, center City property. The night desk associate was very helpful. Consistently clean, please and convenient.

Fab stay. Upgraded to 7th floor with large terrace and fab views. Great service from reception. BUT best of all is the superb location close to the bars and restaurants and walking distance to the old centre and shops. Negative... no Milk provided with minimal tea and coffee-making facility so bring your own. Parking is close by at 10eur a day. So all good!

The hotel is in a great location & was really comfortable. The customer service was fantastic too - the staff were really friendly & helpful! Plus it’s soooo reasonably priced.

Centrally located, but very quiet, as the room was at the back of the hotel. Room decorated in a modern fashion, but not a lot of space around the bed. Bathroom spacious and quite luxurious. Personnel helpful, without being fulsome. Immediate vicinity lively and full of cafés and good restaurants, frequented by locals. 7 minute walk to the Cathedral.

Excellent room, beautiful, clean, amazing view.... but the first hit of heat gave us the impression we got into an oven. I noticed the same in other hotels, I guess this is the trend in European hotels. Anyhow I highly recommend this Murcia Zenit Hotel.

The hotel is located close to everything and quiet from other hand. The price is rally reasonable. Have no any vegetables for breakfast unfortunately.

Refrigerstor , hair drier was not working at first but they fixed. Toom did not have kettle at girst but they did bring when I asked. But last they fridge was broken again.

Great place with great location and great staff and service.I missed a proper Iron and board... but I guess most people dont really ask for that...Also, I am personally against changing everything in the Toilet every day: I like the common rule of hanging the towers when I want to reuse. This is not a bad thing though; just a preference ;)

We had a good room clean with good standard of furniture breakfast was good.

Excellent for overnight if you don't have a car to park
