Front customer service was really good! Also Break fast is really good and clean, however, this hotel was old.

Our stay here was great, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good, Wendy is excellent lots of personality. Everyone knows its Wendyyyy, lol!

Arrived late at night with a tired family and had to wait in our vehicle for 20 minutes for a “night audit” to be completed even though we already had a prepaid reservation. This is unacceptable for a hotel establishment and customer service in general.

It was a quick stay but Wendiy at the breakfast area was awesome. I am writing this because of her. She was so kind. All of the staff was very kind and Wendy is awesome.

Service was great. Condition of the room was decent. The bathtub drain was clogged so it was very slow to drain. Other than that, experience was satisfactory.

This Best Western was radically different from the one we stayed in the night before in Bentonville AR. The AC barely functioned so we asked to be moved; the second room next door was also terrible. The third room on the north side of the building was much better. The woman working the desk really worked hard to make sure we were satisfied so kudos to her.

The stay was okay. Nothing particularly special but the staff were great.

Dirty dirty dirty. Drove up and trash in parking lot and weeds in sidewalks and beds. Check-in was smooth with a great front desk employee. Room…where do I start. Some kind of nasty film on the ‘clean’ floor so would not go barefoot. Bedspread and top sheet had black stain (mascara?) with some kind of stain on a bath towel also. I will NEVER stay here again as I will pay an extra $30 for a clean place to sleep.

It was good. We were looking for a clean place to stay as a midway point for our destination. This hotel was a good value with good reviews. Didn't disappoint. We came in late (1am) and check in was no issue. Room was clean. Bathroom was a little old but clean. Bed was comfortable but could have used some heavier blankets but my family likes to sleep cold so I was the only one freezing! Ha.

You know when you walk into a place and just feel a little gross from just being in there, that’s how we felt there. Staff was great and the furniture looked decent but stains on the chairs, the floor was gross and water damage on ceiling

Our room had a terrible tobacco smell even if it was not a smoking room!

Do not stay here! It’s horrible dirty room and bathroom has a smell to it no security at the top of door it was missing called front office several times and they did not pick up. Pool was not in use and the ice machines were not working staff was horrible! This hotel is not worth more than $40 a night!

This was equal to most 70-80 dollar hotel rooms. Have NO IDEA why they needed an incidentals card except if someone was hard up for a hair dryer. The sink was the only thing "modern" and it splashed water all over you if you turned it on past a dribble due to poor design. Room was TINY..I walked around with a bath mat under my feet on the tile area and it got all yucky looking by the time I was done. We were there on work which we had to leave early but they didn't even start breakfast til 7 and we were long gone by then. Nothing I'd want to stay at again, for sure!!!

Woman who checked us in was friendly and thorough. Clean. Toilet seat was old and chipped, but not a problem. It was not convenient to take my dog to the designated place to use the bathroom during the night. Good Breakfast. Nice beds & vanity area.

This was a wonderful stay for a budget. Every employee was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was out early and when I checked out early she offered to go boxes since we needed to get on the road. Was it the fanciest room I've stayed in? Of course not. However, it was very clean, with an extra cold air conditioning, and a comfy bed. We will stay here again.

We chose this hotel because they were pet friendly. We had ground floor room and could park in front of room. Room was comfortable and clean. There is a pet area. The breakfast was hot. Coffee was good and staff was very friendly.
