No Coffee machine or other basic conveniences. Had to change rooms as doorlock was not functioning. Otherwise clean and comfortable bed to sleep overnight

Very nice room the room was clean the bedding was clean I had a nice large size mini fridge with a lot of room with a separate freezer area and it had a microwave and parking right outside the room

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was sparkling clean, smelled like lemon as opposed to cig smoke or off-putting chemical cleaners. The linens were fresh, bed seemed new. My room 104 was near the office. Large nondescript 2 story motel with doors to the outside. Surrounded by a sea of concrete at an interchange area that has seen better days. Grass was mowed. Plenty of places to walk dogs. Front desk was pleasant. Sound proofing was adequate, never heard neighbors. Next to large conv store for gas, coffee in am. Near 95 highway but not so close I could hear traffic. Looked like the long term renters down on their luck were shuffled off to the far reaches of the property. No issues. Stayed in far worse too and fro on 95 with dogs.

Perfect for an easy access rest stop along I-95 that offers early 2 p.m. check-in. Clean unit. Comfortable bed. A few nearby places to eat. Although this is clearly overpriced for such an old low-end no frill roadside motel. I see the effort, but it is very underwhelming. I will not recommend this place to anyone, at this price level.

The room had no hand towels, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, ants in the room, it smelled bad. I left after the first night. I will never stay at a red carpet ever again.

There was a small hole in the not transparent window to speak with a property manager. When he had my driver license, I could somehow see him through the whole, but when he took my credit card, he went somewhere else, and I was worried about copying a card because a day before I had to cancel a credit card I used to book this place for a fraudulent transaction appearing right after I booked two places on expidia. The room was run down. The property too. I went to look for another place.

Bathroom wasn’t clean and there wasn’t many towels. Looked nothing like the photos and there was a death next door to our room and woke everyone up at 2am.

no staff at the front desk when we arrived. gave us a room smelling of drugs and tobacco. Later 1 am at night, people started to make noise, and they were using drugs just in front of our room door! Then the police came. knocked on our door and asked if we called the police. TERRIBLE experience!

Very tired and ready to sleep when I arrived, so any place to lay my head would have been acceptable. It was OK but very worn out and dated. As best as I could see the room was clean so that's really what's important to me and parking was great right outside the door. They required onsite payment after already paying through Hotels.com which was a first for me. Fine as long as I'm not double charged. Overall satisfactory for the reason I booked it, a quick nap. Did appreciate being able to book after 2.am.

The room was a bed and a place to lay my head. It was not the cleanest, nor the most comfortable. The grounds were extremely run down and the rooms were very dated.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Considering the price we paid, the service and the room itself was better than some that I paid twice as much for. Even the outside wasn't as bad as some of the reviews stated. Worth the price paid, plus some.
