Excellent stay as usual, the hotel is kept in perfect condition and the team stays great at a high level. Well done!

Our second stay within a week. The first time was a 10/10. Second time, I will only give 8.5/10 as the bedding was badly made and the pillows were paper thin (useless). Other than that, I would definitely recommend it and come back without hesitation (I would just request better pillows 😉).

Everything was good, clean, nice hotel, near by everything. One tip about the parking: please answer in the request when someone ask it. The restaurant experience on the top of the roof could be more nicer if it was not so windy, maybe some wind curtains could helped? :). Thank you to make our stay so pleasant.

Was perfect love it

The hotel parking not free, we had to search for a parking outside every time. The caretaker sitting at the entrance useless, not even reply to our good morning, we thought he was a client at first, we said hi many times with no reply. At restaurants they welcome us with stress no smile at all, they ask if we’ve paid several times, was still not sure 🤔 she kept saying she doesn’t have the information. Apart from that the rest personal reception maintenance everything and everyone was great 👍 5 star ⭐️

Nice hotel located not far away from the highway. Perfect for a short stay.

the hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. there is nothing to do in the area the hotel is located in. the nearest train stop is 15 minutes walk. the breakfast at the hotel was very crowded and there wasn't much of a variety.

Very outdated hotel room, good staff, convenient parking, not on the beach like the picture showed, it was ok to just sleep for a night on the way to Nice

The pictures give the impression that it is a beach front hotel but the beach is actually a 15 minutes walk down and a 30 minute walk up (unless you are an athelete) I did not find €150/night value for money

Amazing! Great service, great location. Only challenge was learning that there is only one there is only one taxi service in Genova, no Uber/Lyft/Shuttle. But the staff was so helpful and would call the taxi company for me to translate.

Very nice and accomodating staff despite very late arrival

Very comfortable room and great location

The hotel it’s self is modern and comfortable. However the food in the restaurant was really very poor indeed. The night I stayed, I was the third guest to complain. I was really rather ill afterwards. Very disappointing from such a large Hotel Chain. My company had a large global spend with Marriott hotel group. I will be reporting back about this. However what I would say, the staff were extremely helpful ! They all did their very best to ensure I was ok after I complained. It’s not their fault and they did really do all they could to make things better. They also refunded my food bill. I don’t like making a complaint as I do feel it’s unfair on the front of house staff. It’s not their fault ! Also the menu of the restaurant is very very limited if you do not eat fish (I can not eat any fish or seafood) it left me with one meal choice ! I had to order from the bar menu
