The hotel is well-placed, close to Hofburg Palace, Albertina Museum etc. Very polite and friendly staff. Cozy and spacious room. Great breakfast. Nice atmosphere at the bar.

Splendid, comfortable beds and very good breakfast table. However, their were lot of dark hair at the bathroom which should be cleaned.

Beautiful space. Not beautiful in the ornate sense but contemporary, clean and visually appealing. This is what I expected from other Le Meriden properties I’ve visited. However, the level of customer service we experienced while checking in was truly remarkable. Thanks, Fiona, for making two weary travellers feel welcome and well-taken care of.

We had the best stay in Vienna - the property is everything what we hoped for! Centrally located, we walked pretty much to all the major sites in Vienna but the area was not crowded or too touristy and quiet at night. The hotel itself is very upscale without being too much. The staff was polity, friendly, efficient and flexible (we were able to check out right after our long flight). The breakfast buffet was amazing and tasty, decor of the room and hotel was really cool, their cafe and bar wonderful. Really perfect stay all across the board. Highly highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice and beautifully decorated. However, our room, although large, was dark and not well lit. No plugs next to the night tables.

Stayed three nights prior to meeting family and friends for travel in Austria. Everything from check-in to breakfast and the room and staff were great.

Stayed for one evening. The room was really nice. I was impressed with the gym (bigger than most hotels), and it also had the pool and hot tub. Oddly enough, the gym attendant had no clue how to turn on the hot tub jets. The breakfast buffet was also really good, to include an omelette station.

Tea bag was not refilled next day.Very good except this point.

The hotel is having lot of guests and not enough staff. House cleaning was unable to clean all the rooms, so our room was not cleaned for two days. Also the AC was not working well, and it took long time to send the technician to check it out. The location is wonderful and the facilities are good.

A lovely hotel in a perfect part of town for the visitor. All museums, galleries etc, and old town easily walkable and the area is awash with nice places to eat and drink - including the hotel itself. Staff were all excellent - hard-working, polite, friendly, and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was of a high standard, with some great welcoming touches. I have no hesitation in recommending!

Horrible and dirty hotel. I couldn’t believe this is a 5 star hotel. The hallway carpets had stains all over them and the room smelled like sewage. Terrible experience. Would absolutely not recommend.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. I didn't like the layout of the room though. The toilet was a few feet from the head of the bed. The bathroom wall was translucent glass so others in the room can see and hear what's going on.

Room was not what we saw in the Expedia picture, TV not working or fixable. Nothing happened, just got sorry from front desk. Room was not explained. Only the lady that checked us in was excellent. Rest of staff poor

We had an AC that didn’t work well they gave us fan to help!! Not bad for over a $400 a night price! Not!

The fat black lady responsible for cook the eggs during breakfast time in the restaurant is no service and seems not welcome Asian as I stand in the first of the queue, she ignored me and serve the next foreigner.

Check in took an eternity (despite the fact that we provided all passport details etc by email on their request ahead of time). The rooms were assigned, but not ready (that's ok cause we were a little ahead of check in time). But then an hour AFTER our check in time - it still took a while to make us keys (why??). We had a toddler, a stroller, lots of heavy luggage, we were exhausted after a long trip - they saw it. And they put us in the furthest rooms on the floor far from each other with multiple flights of stairs between our rooms. Worst thing - they didn't even tell us that there were stairs between rooms on one floor (we would have left suitcases in a storage room)! No help at all (how many stars does this hotel have?)! We needed a blanket - I had to come down to reception to ask for it 3 times (about every hour)! Every time I was told "you'll get it straight away" from different receptionists - the blanket never happened! All looks good and new. But shampoo dispenser didn't work (discovered after hair was wet) and lamps in the room made sudden loud clicking noises and ruined our night. Water pressure in the bathroom was very poor. - All of that is really frustrating, but all is understood and excused IF stuff at the hotel care and at least try to help. They don't give a sh*t and won't do anything for you.

An extremely well kept, clean hotel,located near all happening places . The staff is both helpful and courteous.
