The front desk lady is rude! The room stink like cigarettes. The parking lot is full of underivable car. I actually regretted choosing this hotel!!! I’m seriously thinking to find some other place

Great place to stay

Where should I begin? First and foremost the staff is very rude. The rooms need a serious renovation for the price. No refrigerator, no microwave, no iron and board, was told the ice machine doesn’t work. Mattress springs are bulging through. air conditioning went out off and on. One housekeeper peeked on my window. The only thing good was the cable and tv.

Plenty of parking and no airport noise. Would stay here again. Great price.

The water did not work in the shower and tub area

The air conditioning front cover was loose and shifted almost off. The bed was hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! 1 flush of the toilet and it was backed up. Walls had been partially patched and not painted over. This property is in desperate need of a renovation or to be condemned!

Not thoroughly cleaned. A bit run-down, as well.

The area was safe for me and my girlfriend, but the door for our room was falling apart and the bath tub had cigarette burns all over. Along with that the shower faucet was hanging off the wall when we both went in to shower. Not to mention the bottom of our bed was also torn up and we didn’t even notice it till we were about to leave.

The woman who checked us in was fantastic! We required a refrigerator. She arranged it! We had our service dog, she provided us with a water bowl and bottles of water. I needed extra towels. She provided them. She was above and beyond what we expected. As for cleanliness, we had clean sheets and over all the room appeared clean but I wouldn't recommend walking on the floors in your bare feet, as this was an impromptu trip, I didn't have my slippers so by morning my feet were black. Also during the night we had a water leak from the tub.

Property was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

First “nonsmoking” room smelled like cigarettes. Next room was cleaner but, you definitely get what you pay for. Only 2 pillows. Definitely one of the roughest hotels I’ve stayed in.

Room was fairly clean but no trash can, tv had dark screen, no shampoo, loose bathroom door with hole, stain on tub & shower walls. Room # 333

Not overly thrilled about my stay. The mattresses were so uncomfortable. When you lay down on them you sunk in and I felt like I was in a giant taco. Invest in some new mattresses!

The morning manager was apologetic and is supposed to be adjusting the rate accordingly.

Not enough towels. Room was dirty, found hair in the tub. Asked for a handicap room on the floor but gave me a room upstairs. My Mother had a hard time.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Not clean at all, trash all over the stair well areas and around the trash cans. No hot water, people live in these hotels therefore the smell coming from the room next to us was disgusting. Dogs barking from the room next door, and it was terrible to sleep in

This place was dirty and run down. Doors and walls damaged, shady characters outside at all hours, would not recommend unless you have no other choice

Very dirty and lots of people wandering around all night yelling fighting scary security did nothing about all the situation never go back there again and for the price I should get all my money back cause didn’t even get any rest

My nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray. When I mentioned it to the desk agent, who was very cheerful, the reply was “some people can be so inconsiderate, can’t they?” Multicolor mildew all over the bathroom ceiling. Nothing felt entirely clean, though the only bugs were drain flies - no roaches or spiders - yay? All of the furnishings were very tired, though I was glad that there was no upholstery or carpet, as those would’ve been gross. On the bright side, the water pressure was great (the bathroom sink regularly sprayed all over the place with tremendous force), the a/c unit dutifully gave me 68°, and the bed was comfortable enough, even though I could feel the mattress springs when sitting on the bed. Nothing more damning than faint praise, eh? At over $150/night during spring break, it was the least expensive option within miles, and I regret not paying more for even average accommodations.

Sheets weren’t clean dried blood on both beds

This place is great went out of thirst way for us to have a pleasant stay, we arrive so tired and they were ready and helpful to, will always return here

We stay here often

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at,it was way over priced, bad neighborhood , the beds had Two to Three inch sags on each side,no coffee anywhere not even in the office. Definitely a must avoid

All around messy hotel, busted room door, worn out mattress, no complimentary shampoo, only 2 medium towels, missing lamp light bulb, cigarette burns on bathtub, missing towel rack in bathroom, cigarette smoke stench in room

Rooms are nasty dirty. did not stay after i seen the room.

I have stayed in quite a few Motel 6s and usually I am fine with them. Nothing too fancy but fairly clean and adequate for a night. This place is the exception! The owner seems to have cut every cost possible. The first room they gave us was dirty and smelled like sewage. About an hour after check in the guy in the next room kept trying to open the connecting door between rooms despite our shouts to stop. We tried calling the front desk with no answer. We were about to call 911 when they finally answered and gave us another room. This one had no curtain. We realized this right away and she gave us another one. This one you could see where someone had taken a crowbar to the door and it barely locked. We were afraid to leave anything in the room of any value. Do not stay here - you are better off staying further out of town or paying more.
