The room was clean. Liked the convenience of parking.

Bugs. Lots of them . Had to buy bug spray just to sleep at night. Trash and candy on the floor. It was handicap accessible room so shower was allll over the bathroom floor. Enough said.

Referring this to the better business bureau. Worst service i have experienced. I called and requested an early check in the day of and they told me i could check in at 1pm. When we showed up, they told me the room had been deep cleaned and was ready. They gave me the key at 1pm and when i went into the room, it had not even been touched. There were cigarettes everywhere, empty cans and bottles, and cigarette ashes all over the room. I went back to the desk to talk with the manager, and he told me that it is my responsibility to ensure the maid cleans the room before i enter the room. I asked if he could just change me into a clean room and he said he could not do anything for me except just wait outside my room until the maid came and cleaned it. He then told me if i continued to argue he will just take my keys back and i would not get a refund. Piss poor management in an extremely dirty establishment. Would absolutely not recommend. I do have pictures as proof as well.

Stayed out of necessity. Thought the room was clean until we found three large dead bugs… one cricket and two roaches. They were dead at least, but still present.

Arrived for check in and staff was helpful, nice and prompt. Got into the room and noticed the bathroom walls were smeared with questionable things. Floors still had hair on them. It was a non smoking room yet the blankets had burn holes in it. The pool area had maybe blood or feces smeared chairs and tables. Guests stayed up all night arguing and being loud. Would not stay here again.

My room stunk of smoke, wasn’t very clean, and the shower dripped incessantly.

Walking distance from work and nearby stores, budget friendly and everyone on staff is nice.

Property has roaches, first room smelled like smoke walls where dirty , you guys need better cleaners

Good enough. Price was right. Clean, very small rooms. Everything worked. Family friendly. No coffee in lobby unless you get up before 7. Soap dispenser in laundry room didn't work and couldn't get my money back. Walgreens across the street has soap and drier sheets cheaper anyway. Overall, it was ok. I could easily pay twice as much money and wouldn't get twice as much value. This place was clean and safe. I slept fine.

The staff was friendly but the bathroom had stains on the walls and around the tub area. The bedding didn’t appear very clean (blanket) so I didn’t use it. Possibly needs more updating and better quality towels.

Awful experience. Front desk was not kind and room smelled of mold/mildew. When we asked for assistance with moving the room or finding a solution for the smell in the room we were told no other rooms were available and they came to spray the room with air freshener. Mold/mildew smell gave family headaches after about an hour and we decided to find another place to stay as they had no availability to change the room. We notified management and explained the room was making family sick. Still fighting for a refund. Beware! Don’t stay!

We are thankful it was available bc we have 2 dogs. It was one of the few places that was pet friendly and available. I thought the room would be bigger( felt a bit claustrophobic) but it is what it is for what we paid for, it did the job. The staff was helpful and professional I give them that. Flies we're a problem and crickets getting in. There were crickets by the bed and under the bed frame in one of our rooms and it wasn't the cleanest but we are grateful for even having that room available.

The room was not ready when I checked in. The Air Conditioner had the cover off, was not running, was not even plugged in. One bed was pulled away fron the wall. One call to the front desk and the guy showed up, got the Air Conditioner running, and showed the bed in place... in less than 5 minutes. Over all very efficient. The dying crickets on the floor were disturbing.

My roon had cockroach and the staff did not clean my room.

People clean our room and respect our property.

Needed to have a place to stay for the night to get to work the next day and everyone in the staff is friendly, room is very nice and clean and the overall condition is great.

Staff was very nice, got a little gift bag with snacks that was awesome and check in was at a fast pace it was great!!

Front desk was very friendly, but the condition of the room was pretty bad. It smelled badly of old smoke. The bed cover had burn holes, and the shower was stained with cigarette burns. It was a place to sleep, but we left as quickly as possible the next morning. Once home, I had to leave my luggage outside to air out and get rid of the smell from that room.

I didn’t like there were bugs around the window and on the floor

Property is inexpensive and got the job done. Stayed for 3 nights and each evening I saw police patrol the property which is a plus for me. Pool was clean, bed was clean, plenty of towels.
