We checked in late, about 12:30am and the staff was super accommodating! We felt welcome right off the bat. You guys were amazing. Room was super clean

Love the breakfast. Gives you the good start to a day

Problem was the charge. Booked through Expedia for $40, they (unknown if it was Expedia or Best Western) then charged $90 for the hotel. Will never use either again unless someone fixes it. Expedia will also get a very negative review. Hotel better figure out if it was their error or Expedia's if they want this review fixed.

Staff were friendly and helpful wanting their guests to be happy. The breakfast was good with biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles and the usual continental fare. The bed was comfortable. It was right off the interstate and next to an Aldi's which was great for picking up fresh fruit and snacks. We didn't use the pool. We would not hesitate to stay again as it was a great stay.

After driving from CO to KS I was totally beat. Walking in I was met by AB who knew exactly who I was upon arrival he had a friendly smile, minimal conversation, which I appreciated because I could barely speak from pure exhaustion 😂, he had me checked in and I was in my super clean room in mere moments. Breakfast was great, clean, well organized and lots of options. My ONLY “complaint” was the milk wasn’t very cold. There are lots of dining and shopping options close by, even an Aldi next door! When visiting JC again I would choose to stay here again!!

Nice, clean and affordable

Much of the property was well maintained, but our bathroom had rust all along the bottom of the tub & around the door sill. Hot breakfast but didn’t seem fresh..little muffins were a bit stale and sausage overcooked… No sugar at the coffee pot..just a lot of packets of pink and blue stuff…as we were leaving we did see sugar in a bottle in the lobby…too late for us.

We just stayed one night to separate our long drive home from a trip, and were not expecting anything nice at all being in a small town, but. I have to admit we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Front staff gentleman wasn't the friendliest, but the rest of the employees were super nice. The breakfast was actually pretty good, the hotel smelt nice & had all the items we needed in our room and plenty of towels. Pool was funky, we never went in it. Very conveniently located in the same parking lot as a grocery store, would stay here again.

I wanted to change my method of payment from my debit card, to cash. The staff at the front desk didn't know how to change it so I could pay cash

When we arrived at the property we were greeted by the friendly staff. Unfortunately, we immediately noticed how unkept the place was. Our first room had dried blood in the bathroom (on the wall and floor) and then dropped into the main room on the carpet. It appeared there hadn’t been any vacuuming done in the whole establishment. The friendly lady at the front desk gave us a discount for our trouble with the first room. The second room was also quite dirty, but after 7 hours of driving with two little kids, we were done. The pool was quite stinky and small, but the littles still enjoyed playing in it. I feel like this hotel is in desperate need of an update and some higher standards for their house keeping staff. All in all, I would never stay here again, especially with our kids who struggle to understand not touching the carpets.

My room smelled like mildew/mold, and there appeared to be mold above the shower. The guy at the front desk was very nice and courteous but it was first day and he was left to fend for himself at the desk. I reported to him and he wrote down the message for the night manager who never reached out to me. I paid over $100 for one night and got the experience of a $40 room. Walked into pool area and it smelled of garbage.

People very friendly and accommodating

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing not good was the pool area. There were no towels when I went to swim, and I think there was a soiled diaper in the garbage can at the pool, and the smell was terrible!!!!

Very comfortable stay

Beds were comfortable, breakfast excellent with a lof of variety. The girl at the checkin desk was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was down because they needed a new router, so we couldn't use our devices. We saw someone working on that, though, the next morning. The hallway carpet was a bit worn and dirty in places, too.

The hotel was clean, check in and out was easy and quick. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was hot and good. Overall a good stay. Will be coming back when traveling.

Staff was the best. Pool was alittle small

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was not as good as it has been, by 8 am no scrambled eggs and very little in the way of protein, usually much better. There is always coffee and fruit available. Room was clean and king size bed comfy but just 3 pillows. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Sink drained very slowly. This particular stay was a little dicey as there were guests above our room wrestling or something that was loud and sounded awful for about 3 hours. The front desk staff was super in trying to get the guests upstairs to quiet down but it took 3 visits to make it happen by midnight. The location is good-right off I/70 and there's a Walmart super center, planet fitness, Aldi and 3 good restaurants close by(can walk)--La Fiesta, Tokyo and JC's Bbq and sports bar. Park right outside the door to hotel. Consistently a reliable hotel with good solid accommodations.

Older motel but clean, unfortunately the pool heater broke the day before our stay and our grandkids were not able to swim which was the reason for choosing the hotel other than the cost was reasonable.

Easy on and off freeway. Good dining, gas, basic need shopping within walking distance
