This was a work trip. The surrounding area is not so good by the looks of it. I had noticed young people and loud music outside across the street when I went inside. Overnight, my truck was robbed of everything except the generator and the contents of the locked compartments. When I inquired about cameras, they said there weren’t any where I parked. Wasn’t worth the period of time to file a report with nothing evidence or witnesses.

Whenever I come to JC, I choose the Marriott. I appreciate the rooms are always clean, staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is close to some necessity shopping and some decent dining options. Thank you for providing a place to stay that is comfortable. The outside seating is wonderful!

Everything was great with this property and location

Near the junction. Easy transportation.

I was told to park around the back of the building. All the lights were off in that lot. Told the front desk. They said they had a bad lightning storm and had electrical damage.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend!!

This place is our go-to staycation location. Only an hour from home, plenty of shopping and food nearby, the pool is amazing!

We were caught in a severe weather alert with heavy rain driving through Kansas. I called to let the front desk know we had an ETA after 1am, Mia was so kind as to set us up for that late check in! Large comfy King room. Courtyard Marriott is always fantastic with the 12 noon checkout time, that extra hour (compared to other hotels 11am) really helps, so convenient. The facilities were nice and stocked. We picked up some food bc the dining was closed temporarily and were able to sit in the community area. Tiara at the front desk was so kind and helpful, she's much appreciated and had great energy, she really made our day for our next segment of a very long drive across country. Overall kind staff and nice facilities in a safe area, shopping and eats across the street.

We had a nice stay. The first room we were in had a problem with the air conditioner leaking but they put us in another room right away which was a nice clean room and the air conditioner worked great. For our troubles they gave us two free breakfast coupons. Freddie at the front desk was great, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy for the air conditioner was very friendly and kind. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

A/C in room barely functioning. Mold or mildew under the cushions in the room on the fold out couch. Pillows on the bed were awful. Absolutely not up to Marriott standards

Hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and surrounding area had plenty of food options. We would stay here again.

Freddie at the front desk was great and very helpful. Noon checkout time also nice. This hotel is very outdated. The chair in our room was so gross I did not allow my kids to sit there. Stains all over the carpet and the pool...ew. the online pictures are definately edited. There is food and snacks for purchase and the lobby is nice. Not what I expected from a Marriott.

Excellent for everything: staff friendly and helpful, amenities great, room and entire facility clean and made you feel comfortable, great breakfast. Etc. Can’t say enough. Best hotel I’ve been in on my 800 mile trip.

Perfect!

My husband and I arrived on Thursday June 11 to the hotel at 6:30 and tried to check in and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes due to one of their employees being drunk and completely naked passed out on the floor down the hall from the lobby. We were then able to check in and we were both exhausted so we went to go grab something to eat and went back to the room and crashed. The second red flag was our door did not lock and we had to set up a blockade in front of the door, afterwards we passed out for the night because we were exhausted. The next morning my husband decided to try to take a shower and was horrified when he looked up and realized there was a significantly big sized black mold growth along where the "wallpaper" started and the ceiling. He checked the rest of the bathroom and found more mold. It looked as if it was about 2-3 months of growth and looked as if it had been painted over. Thank god he noticed and has dealt with black mold because I was already experiencing being stuffed up and a pain in the right of my chest, I was also extremely thankful due to the fact that I am pregnant. We then went down and reported it to the front desk (taking videos and pictures for evidence) and they agreed to switch us rooms. We then proceeded to move our stuff into the new room and decided to check just to be safe and what do ya know🙄 More black mold and a BLOOD stain on the bathroom ceiling. Immediately we left and got a refund along with calling the health department.

I hate to give reviews like this but the owners need the feedback for future guests experince. It was surely a top notch property in theday, but age is wearing it out . worn seams on carpet and general scuffs and nicks on woodwrok. But those things would not prompt a bad review from me. The bathroom does. The bathroom was pretty clean for the most part. But when i saw a hair in the sink and on further inspection one in the shower, I stopped looking. It is extremely hard to find them all I know, but so important to make the effort if you want a good cleanliness review.

Freddie was a very friendly, courteous, gave me an option at what floor I’d like to be on. Had a very comfortable room. Would stay here again.

Loved the Starbucks coffee always available. Room spelled a little musty but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The weather was great, temp 87 with a wonderful 4th of July. I do like the Marriott for whenever i travel to Junction City.
