Lovely property especially the pond with all the water lilies. Excellent security and great proximity to the beach, pier and esplanade.

Our stay was excellent the receptionist was amazing. Everything was so lovely and clean.

The family running the property made the stay so easy - they supported an early check in and late check out and were always on hand to answer any questions. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are well looked after. We will be back!

We stayed in a suite. It was large, private, clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The TV was huge - great for watching a movie in down time. The hot water was a little unreliable at times, but given the hot days whilst there it didn’t really bother us. Although it did not bother us, some couples may not appreciate the ‘open’ bathroom and the lack of personal privacy. The pool is large and well maintained. And the tropical gardens are beautiful and lush. Palm Cove is so walkable and offers many lovely dining options. We would happily stay at this property again should the opportunity arise in the future.

Beautiful grounds and lovely spacious apartment. Close to the beach and the shops. Undercover parking, lift access, security gates and really friendly management. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location with beautiful garden surrounds! The apartment was very spacious, clean and great for families! We loved the leafy view, whilst also being very close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was completely shaded, quite large and quiet for most of our stay.

You know the type of place that you don't want to review because you are afraid that everyone will find out about your secret? Even so, I feel compelled to write this because they did such a great job. The property itself is tastefully constructed; about 20 units in 3 buildings (plenty of parking), nestled in the forest next to a lagoon with waterlilies and a charming wooden bridge. (A 2-minute walk to the very fine esplanade, which is a great place to hang out and get dinner your first night). My unit was on the 2nd floor, and I felt that I was living in a tree house, because all I could see (the living area is entirely windowed) was lush forest - palms, eucalyptus and ferns. (And could hear the delightful calls and chirping of birds). The property has a gorgeous, long, and rectangular pool (with attached spa and shallow wading areas) which I swam in every day. The apartment itself was huge, fully equipped (I cooked almost every meal) and comfortable. Finally, the property manager was gracious, kind, informative and generous with their time. They really improved my stay with great advice about the area. 10 out of 10 -- I didn't want to leave.

A great location, quiet and the managers are very helpful. A little tired in places in the apartment but nothing a coat of paint wouldn’t solve. The swimming pool was clean and a good size. The apartment is a great size with everything that you need. Construction up the road caused internet access to be non existent but to be honest we didn’t care

First impressions were excellent. By the end of our stay our opinion had not changed. Large modern well equiped apartments and in a great location around three minutes walk from the beach. The apartments are set in lovely surroundings. There is a large swimming pool for the use of guests. If I was to come back to this area I would happily return to this resort.

We enjoyed the secluded feeling of the complex set in natural surroundings. The apartment was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool was also a generous size and private.

Sanctuary is a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are spacious, the grounds lovely and very well kept and the pool is great.

Peaceful but yet a close walk to the Esplanade.
