Everything was great

For the low price the property was ok. The room was dated but not in dis repair. The front desk folks were nice and the place suggested for dinner was nice.

The only thing I don't like is that every time I stay the housekeeper always wakes me up very early trying to clean the room always before 9:00 am when check out is supposed to be at 11:00 am.

Check in on Motel site and Hotels.com showed 1pm but staff onsite refused to check in until 3pm. Once 3pm came it took a long time to get checked in. The room was just meh. Nothing special. The bed had been installed well past it's life. Completely cratered and made sleeping very uncomfortable. The room was supposed to be a deluxe room. But nothing about it was deluxe. No table or chairs and the room felt very under the expectation even for Motel 6. We had also booked a double bed room but only received a single king room. We didn't challenge this because it wasn't a big issue but it was different than our expected based on our booking.

It was dumpy and run down a bit. Rooms for relatively sort of clean, but bedding/pillows and rooms had mystery hairs all over, and there was a general grungy vibe. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets / blankets... 😆 oof.

Drove to Greenville to be in the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. The room was exactly what I needed for a quick trip - close to gas and food - and the owner was super nice and helpful. Even let me hang out for several hours after check out to watch the eclipse from their parking lot!

Great access to interstate. Over all a good place for workers traveling

Dated bedding and old, not-so-comfy mattress. Can't complain for the price nowadays since it was safe shelter over my head for the night. The lady at the desk at night was very polite and welcoming! 😊

Nice

This property was dirty. The floor was dirty when I came in the water was taking out the shower. I booked two queen beds with the bathtub. I got full beds with a leaky shower. All the bedding had holes in it. It was just horrible.

Unsafe area of town

The bed was very nice. The overall shape of the room was below what I would expect from my average experience of motel 6 over the last few decades.

The beds, you can feel the springs in the mattress. No water for three days. Frozen

Over all my 3 day stay was none eventful. If you want a $180 plus a night accommodations, then go pay $180 a night. But for the low rate, it was pleasant, area and parking had great lighting and rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly, especially Jeff, always greets you with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure accommodation were what i needed. Would definitely stay again.

James was the clerk who did my check in and let me tell you this. He was amazing. He was so easy to talk to, and helped me in many ways! We will definitely be returning to his hotel on our next visit to Greenville, TX!

Older motel that is clean and trouble free with NO BUGS. Pricing makes it an absolute good value. I stay here approximately 10-14 days a month.

Room/property very clean and quiet also the parking lot was very well lite made you feel safe,can't complain about price,would definitely stay there again.

The most important thing to know about this trip was that the room smelled of urine and old stale cigarette smoke in spite of it being a non-smoking room request. The area outside was kind of grungy and there were a lot of people hanging over the balcony and watching everyone come and go. There was loud music from the room above us. Overall, we would definitely not choose to stay here again. The only plus was that our two small dogs were free.

It was really good

For what it is, I rate this motel at 5 stars. The staff was friendly, they put great care into keeping the landscaping nice and tidy, and the room was clean. We didn't see any bugs during our 2 nights there, and the place was quiet even on the weekend nights. Keep your expectations in line with a low-quality motel and you won't be disappointed here. The floor is worn out, the AC is inefficient, the paint is peeling in places, the shower is not pretty, the general area is not that great (but not scary or terrible), the room is really small. But everything was clean, the bed was comfy enough, and the service was good. For $60 or so per night, it gets 5 stars. If you want a fancy, pretty hotel, go to the south of town and pay over $100/night. Though I don't have personal experience, based on the reviews I read on other hotels in the area and my experience here, this is THE BEST hotel/motel in northern Greenville.

They think everyone a drug dealer the white man goes in your room when you gone... And the house keeper knocks at your door at 9 in the morning every morning and check out is not till 11 very disrespectful people

The room was unclean and everything worn out.

The room was fair, it is very small and out dated property. For the price it is good, the people are very nice. It was just too small for the 4 of us. If your just needing a place to rest then it is perfect. For an extended stay and more than two people it's fair. Quiet, nothing alarming at all. Front desk was very helpful and polite.

The motel is old but the staff and mgmt. try very hard to maintain it. Tear down service is the best! Very clean. Beds not the most comfortable but they aren’t updated. Super friendly staff and management!! Everything I asked for was done. GREAT water pressure in the shower!! Bonus! Well done everyone!
