The beds and linens are always nice at the Hampton Inns. The room was spacious.
The pet fee is $75, whereas at the La Quinta Inns the fee is only $25 for 3 days, therefore when traveling with a pet we have started staying at La Quinta instead.

The property was excellent and newly renovated and pet friendly. Worked out great and Sue at the front desk was phenomenal! I’m coming back to stay just to visit her. She made our stay so pleasant!

Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and was set up nicely. I booked through Booking.com and I search for the city of Greenville, AR. When I got there, they said I did not have a reservation. When I looked up my reservation online it was in Greenville, TEXAS! Thankfully, that hotel agreed to refund my deposit. But, the new hotel, the correct one required a lot more money for the stay. Not much I could do standing there at 9 pm. I was told it happens all the time. There are so many Greenvilles in the nation. A Glitch in the Booking.com software?
The shower had hair in it and the counters had water spots. The carpet was sticky. Just a more run down hotel.

Booking.com should do a better job. Who wants to deal with contacting Booking.com. From now on I'll book directly through the hotel instead of 3rd parties that tend to charge more than the hotel would. The front desk clerk wanted to refund my money but since it was booked from a 3rd party (you), she was unable to. She felt awful that I stayed in a room that the couch was dirty and had a big rip in it, the tiles on the floor were loose so they moved when you walked on them and the toilet moved when you sat on it. I had my 7 week old grandbaby with me and it was unsuitable, especially costing $200.00

The Room was nice and bed was ok, but the one we had just stayed at was of better quality and we paid less.
I did my price comparisons and then called Hampton and the guy I talked to me told me the same rate and so I said ok, but then he added about $45 or more dollars on and when I asked him, he said, oh that was for taxes and fees but since I was getting two rooms, he would take off on the other one about $15, but then I saw that added as a fee to the first room. I went back to Booking.com and found that the total taxes was only about $15. After I booked with the Hampton, I immediately cancelled because of that dishonesty and then booked with Booking.com The other reason I wanted to book with Hampton was to get Queen beds which was not offered by Booking.com We also had to leave on Sunday morning by 7 and found out that weekends breakfast was first at 7. We saw some of the food made, but was not allowed to come in until 7. Of course rules are rules! The breakfast was VERY good... even had chocolate waffles!
