The rooms were nice/fine. We ate at the hotel and the food was very good- the restaurant dining area and bar were quite understaffed and took longer than normal to get food, drinks and service, but the people that were working were doing their absolute best. The lobby and bar there were very nice as well. The location is very convenient since it is right across the street from the CHI Center. Getting our room was a little frustraging. We arrived after the stated check in time and were told that our room was being cleaned and needed to be inspected and it wasn't ready, but would be 'soon', which was pretty frustraing because we had dinner reseervations and needed to get ready. Took nearly an hour for them to call us and say it was ready. The check in staff was very friendly and professional, however. We attended a concert and after the concert, the lines to the elevators were VERY long. I would have gladly used the stairs, but was told that wasn't an option for some reason. It took over 20 minutes just to get into the elevator to get to our room, which I find ridiculous since there are obviously stairs.

we arrived at 330 since check in time was at 300. we live 2 hours away and planned on getting ready for the concert that was next door. when we arrived, we parked into the parking garage which the parking spaces are small for the little compact cars. Iowans usually drive trucks or SUVs so the parking spots were very small and limited. some trucks took 2 parking spots, which the trucks were so big. the check in line was so long. only 2 people at the check in counter. it was from the counter around the bar area to the lobby out to the hall to the garage area. it took 3 hours to get checked into our hotel room. Our room wasn't even ready, yet I had the mobile app for the keyless entry which was not working. we got to the room by 645 with the line for the elevators. and the concert started at 7. able to get ready within 5 minutes and took half hour to get into elevator to go down. with the rest of the guests at the hotel we had to wait in line to get into the concert. the hotel experience was horrible. was not able to enjoy especially at the price they charged. I will not spend money at another Hilton again. very disappointed with my stay there

The hotel service was nice but the lines for check in were crazy! It was a conceet night but there were many issues with key cards and have rooms ready.

The line for check in was very long and we waited for at least 30 minutes to check in. Someone had dropped some beverages in the lobby and it was very sticky and messy and instead of cleaning it up the just put a wet floor sign out.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about my stay was wonderful except the breakfast. Paid $15 for a breakfast to go that even a motel 6 would question. During my wait for my food i found the snack area i bought the most expensive short stack of pringles in my life for a late night snack had starbucks style coffee and breakfast items like burritos and sandwiches for a way better price. I will go that route next time. Still recommend the hotel. GREAT LOCATION!

The pillows were comfy and soft but the bed was hard. They’re skimpy on toilet paper and cups and towels.

The hotel itself was fine. It got the rating because they don't take cash as an option in the bar. Not, ok. I cannot condone or recommend any business that has policies that take away freedom and consumer choice. Also, not huge, but very few channels on the TV.

I had booked a room with a king bed and a pretty view. Ended up with 2 queen beds and a terrible rooftop view. Very disappointed.

Great location to bars, restaurants and shopping

Great location for activities downtown. We have stayed at this property several times. Disappointed with the shower head and water pressure during this visit

Stay was comfortable- no issues.

It was close to Creighton University. I had no problems getting my daughter in the dorm before her first day of school.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. All staff I encountered during my stay were very polite.

Very nice hotel. It was a nice treat to stay here after a few of the hotels we experienced on our other trips. Nice bed and was able to rest and sleep in. Close to nice restaurants and parking was a breeze, although it wasn't free. I felt safe here with my daughter.

We came to the Hilton about 2am after a terrible experience with our first hotel. The night desk man was not very friendly or informational but other than that everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful the rooms were very clean very comfy beds, great view. The bar tender in the lobby made excellent drinks I think his name was Tony!! There was also another lady I’m not sure what her name was but she was very friendly very helpful let us change one of the tvs to the chiefs game!! We had went down to the pool Sunday afternoon with our kiddos and had the entire pool and hot tub to our selves which was very nice. Easy to get down to the zoo and there was an excellent bar and grill called “the old mattress” across the street which had excellent food!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Handicap parking is not very convenient. Mixed with the valet parking couldn’t tell difference between the two.

Room wasnt the cleanest..bathroom stool handle stuck..wasnt throughly cleaned. Actually felt "judged" when entering. We had been on 3rd wk of moving from places due to selling our home so we looked exhausted! So just fyi..dont judge a book by its cover! Shuttle was great!
