The bed with a terrible smell of dirty and stained sheets, I ordered a room for NON-SMOKERS and it smelled worse than an ashtray. Although the people who took care of me were friendly, the rooms are terrible. A FATAL MISTAKE. UN ERROR FATAL A VER RESERVADO HAY.

from a sketchy person who didn’t have a room pacing the parking lot all hours, to random knocks on our door, to an actual 2am police raid on the room next door… this place is really sleazy and unsafe.

Alot of drug adicts around and in the property, , some of them where knocking our door and others runing all night long and yelling. Plus a lot of fies inside the room Horrible night

The Staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, cigarette burn holes in the bed covering. Individuals living in the complex had noisy visitors. A lot of Police activity around the complex. The property looks good online but is in fair to poor condition in reality. Coffee available in the morning, no breakfast items at 7am.

Junkies and squatters, regrettably I had to stay the first night but absolutely no way on staying the second. NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES.

Do not stay at this property unsafe area and drug homeless staying there cops around looking for persons. The Room smells like Marijuana. We checked out left the area The Motel Looks nothing like the pictures We went into our room and left.

This is a marginal location with a police presence there both days of our stay. But we never felt in danger and the location and price were very good.

Property was unclean around the parameters Neiboring room was very disruptive and swearing.

Would not stay here with a family.

They’re trying. But the hotel is very beat up. Service was good. Clean. The “10” reviews hide the actual condition. But also lots of noise and people knocking on our door looking for someone else - multiple times.

My 11yo daughter and I checked into the Econolodge in Kennewick, WA last weekend. For the rate of the hotel, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but I was NOT expecting how unsanitary and, frankly, unsafe I felt at that hotel. Walking in, all the trash cans outside the building were overflowing with trash toppling onto the ground. There was a smell of cigarette smoke, but that I expected since there was NS and S options available. However when we got to our room, the overwhelming odor of urine was disgusting! In addition, the light switch for the bathroom wouldn’t turn on. Homeless people were loitering in the back packing lot. We checked right out.

When I first drove up to register, there was a homeless man sitting on the ground in front of the parking spot, and he watched me intently as I went in to register. There was no staff at the desk, but a phone with a note saying pick it up to call an attendant. I picked it up and it rang, but no answer. I did this three times before the person answered and came 5 minutes later. She was very nice. I drove around back to my room and there were several sketchy looking vagrants and smokers constantly around the hotel. The room was pretty good, but then I saw the bathroom. There were about 6 flies in the bathtub bigger than a fruit fly and smaller than an average house fly. I used the bathmat/towel to kill them, but every time I went into he bathroom there were 6-10 more. They did not seem to go into the bed area, which was good, but it was still unsettling and a bit disgusting. All night long, until about 5:00 a.m., people would walk by my door/window talking and it would wake me up, and the air/heater was extremely loud, so I turned it off. I got about 2 hours of sleep. Plus, at midnight a random pick-up truck was parked over the line right next to my car and a man was in rummaging, so I hit my lock button on my car to make it beep and he left. There was no continental breakfast even though they showed it in the pictures. I tried the ice machine at night and the next morning at 7:00 a.m., and no ice either time.

Why do you keep asking about this trip and others that are so bad I literally check out as soon as I walked into the room and booked at a different hotel. Stop sending me these surveys if you are not going to do anything about the horrible experience we had dealing with hotels we booked through your service

Booking online the pictures are extremely old! There were homeless sleeping on the pavement in the parking lot, people living in cars in the parking lot, druggies everywhere. We did not check in because we didn't feel safe to even be in the parking lot.

Big traffic noise and a night long barrage of noise from the room next door

There were homeless people hanging around parking lot, had multiple knocks on door after i had fallen to sleep, i left at 2am because i did not feel safe.

It was very clean, but what i liked most was the Staf service ,the lady was so kind and helpful, she should get a raise $ . Thanks you.

Need to make sure that freezer of the Refrigerator don’t have so much ice and if so need to make sure ice doesn’t over run it and some doesn’t look brown

Hotel room was fine, bathroom was disgusting, room reeked of smoke even as a non smoker room. Room next door to ours decided to have a fight at 2 am inside and outside the room. Drug dealers and crackheads all over the parking lot.

The housekeeper should have checked with the front desk to know that I had arranged for a later checkout -- before knocking on my door to remind me about the checkout time. She didn't seem friendly at all.

It's noise. People next door was coming in an out with a noise door. Couldn't sleep the entire night. Not recommended.

This was the worst stay of my life. People were moving the furniture around the room upstairs the entire time, both day and night. I would have contacted the office but there is no phone in the room. The water was cold and there were bugs all over the bathroom.
