I loved my stay.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great, the beds are comfortable and the room is great, I saw reviews talking about issues with the AC but I faced no such thing.
Overall it was pleasant & I highly recommend the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Could not find the pool.it’s perfect when You stay a couple days and You wouldn’t be that far from the airport. I’ll be back for sure

This was such a nice hotel to stay in. I was here my first 3 days in tunisia. Then, I decided to stay the last 2 days just because it is such a nice quiet, clean hotel where I know I am getting a nice rest. First impressions, the building is clean, classy decor, and entrance security. I felt safe. Then, the reception desk staff are very polite and kind. The room I paid for had beautiful views of the tunis lake, room was so clean with a table, nice leather chair, and the balcony had nice seating. The bed was so comfortable that my partner and I slept so well.

The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, as stayed before flight, had lunch and dinner(and breakfast), at lunch the lamb saddle was quite small and very tough. At dinner, the tagliata de beef was quite different from same dish someone else had ordered at lunch, at lunch served with nice salad and veggies, at dinner 3 tiny pieces of beef well over flavored with common complete seasoning, no salad and oily veggies…Need better cook. And another thing: advertised bar serves no alcohol, and people smoke indoors…

This is not my first time to the Berge du lac hotel and it is always as comfortable and professional as before, I spent an excellent stay with as bonus a superb view on the lac and of course I will come back soon.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check - in to the cleaning staff and restaurant was delightful and eager to help. Special thanks to Yamina Jemai (Gouvernante Generale) for her amazing service.

The room view was superior. However, I suffered a very cold night as the heating system barely works.

Breakfast was ok. Cleaning staff was nice.
The room was very noisy. I could hear neighbours talking late at night.
The receptionist does not seem to care much about clients: providing with the bare minimum information and replying with the least words possible.

We stayed there for a week. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit old and run down. I particularly disliked the high and slippery bath tub. The whole room is crying loud for a refurbishment.
The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the lake and witnessing gorgeous and divine sunrises and sunsets.
Food was tasty and the service impeccable. The chef made us feel at home , asking for our input every day at breakfast.
I'll stay there again without hesitation.

I used to like this hotel a lot, then during 2021-2022, I was disappointed with the facility. But my latest visit reminded me a little bit of what it used to be.
Reception staff were great, more focus on room services perhaps.

A hotel with some how old design furniture but very clean. It has a nice view and sitting area on LAC. if you looking to restart your system 🙂 this is the right place. Breakfast was with very good taste. One thing i did not satisfied with is the room service. They are really bad in .response.

I like everything in the hotel except room services team. Theyvare very very slow to non responsive some time.
