This Motel was quiet and clean with the exception of pet smell .it was a pet frienly!

Older motel, sparse room. But location is wonderful. On a busy street but noise was not a problem for us. No housekeeping but easy to get extra towels , etc. Bed was comfortable and free parking was a plus. Would stay here again.

Bathroom is spacious, has a window for fresh air. Closet also spacious, room was very clean. Front desk receptionist was very kind and informative, even gave us a preference of room location (upstairs or downstairs). Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Would book again next time we stay in the area.

Nearby what I came to do in Boulder.

It was in a very convenient location for the concert I attended at Folsom field and easy to find. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler like me. Both of the front desk clerks I met were very nice! Check-in and check-out were super easy. The inn itself was quiet, there was just a little noise from the nearby bars and normal noises you encounter close to a place with night life. The one thing that was slightly uncomfortable about the room was that the air conditioner seemed to push out humid air that didn’t seem as cold as the temperature setting I had it on. It wasn’t terrible but it did get kind of muggy at times. The price was kind of high, when I booked it I thought it was because of the quality but now I’m assuming it was due to the concert in the area this weekend. I wanted something walkable but after researching dates for potential future stays I was kind of disappointed to find out it was triple the price it normally is. Due to this I didn’t feel the quality matched the price. So I ended up paying way more just for convenience. I should have looked into that more before booking. The shower was very nice and I loved that the toilet was a dual flush to save water.

Hotel beds are terrible. No soap in rooms.

Great location and reasonable rates for the Boulder area.

Easy walk to campus or Pearl Street and everything in between. We were upgraded to a suite and had a separate room with a couch, TV, and desk, which is perfect if you need to get some work done. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for the week. Would absolutely stay here again considering its affordability and location.

Good acess to parks and bike bath rstaurants close good central location.. mostly kool staff that had good attitude

The hotel really is a dump. It hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed properly. There was no daily cleaning service. It didn’t have sober shampoo in the dispensers. Had to ask for toilet paper and Something to put the toilet paper on because the unit in the wall was missing parts So it didn’t work

Clean and convenient.

This is 2nd time we have stayed here while passing through Boulder. Great location and great service/management . The front desk person even helped me jump start my vehicle in the morning when it was dead!

Stayed with two young children. The property is ideally located!!! No frills. Front desk Is helpful and pleasant. I’ll stay again when we visit boulder.

The property is a Motel not a Hotel. The a/c barely worked. We ran it 24/7 on the lowest temp we could and still felt warm. The bathroom window would not open all the way and would not close all the way. The handle was a crank type and was broken off. The plug in the bathroom did not work. The body wash ran out mid shower. As much as they charge you would think they could maintain the property better. It is definitely not worth the price.

Was initially put in room with bathroom window that didn't close and an AC that didn't work well. Was moved to a different room the second night as the motel was booked the 1st night.

Felt welcomed and comfortable

It was exactly as I expected it to be…clean and comfortable. The proximity to Pearl Street Mall was an easy walk…and that is why we chose it. Would stay there again.

This was perfect for my needs, I was fishing locally and I could unload my fishing gear without walking through a large hotel or elevator. Boulder is a safe city and no need to overspend.

The young man who checked us in is delightful. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff stayed up late which was helpful. Place was filled with beetles which was kinda gross. I know that there is a huge swarm this time of year in Colorado, but they could have done something to minimize it.

The staff is always amazing, and the location is great. A little housekeeping would’ve been appreciated, but all of our special requests were accommodated. It can get quite loud at night, which may matter to some but was OK with us. We’ll continue to stay here whenever we can - it’s a great experience all around.

Amazing walking distance for everything Boulder! The convenience of having somewhere to park while exploring the city cannot be understated. Really nice front desk staff as well! Thank you!
