The hotel room was clean, and smelled fresh. The bathroom could use an update on the tile and bath surround. The beds were well worn but clean.

Our stay was ok at best. We've stayed at this particular hotel off and on for years and were disappointed. The service was quick and efficient, but felt lack luster. The friendliness of front desk could've used a shot of vitamin B. The shower had poor water pressure. The TV did not work well showing a fuzzy screen and did not follow the guide provided. We'd stayed at a Comfort Inn on Sunday and frankly found it a better fit for us. We probably won't return.

It was nice and clean. Very spacious we had to ask for towels but it was know problem. Breakfast was ok people was friendly. I would go back.

We stayed during the hurricane, and the staff were friendly and compassionate. We are very grateful for their hospitality and service. Definitely recommend.

Access to this hotel is subpar. Only one very small entrance off US27. If you miss it, it will take a mile to u-turn your way all around. No easy access to get onto I-4 , even though it’s nearby. Recommend staying in Champions Gate area instead.
Hotel staff not very helpful. If you need anything from housekeeping you can only request during very limited and specific hours; outside of that you’re out of luck.
Room main beds are more like sofa beds. Room was clean though.

We are a family of 6 and stayed in one of the suites. The service was amazing! Anytime we asked the front desk for towels or a blanket or anything we needed they had it and gladly let us grab it.
Breakfast was great. Buffet each morning, with lots of options including fresh fruit (which most hotels don't have) and people there to replenish the food as soon as it got low.
The pool was clean and heated! And mostly we were the only ones in it. Pretty good size pool.
Would recommend for large families and I would definitely stay here again, especially at such a low price.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable. The pillows were excellent spokennoise, and the room was very clean. The only thing is the design of the shower. There's no way for water to escape.So half of the bathroom gets wet when all the water comes out of the shower. But overall everything was great. Will stay again.

The breakfast staff were outstanding. They exceeded in their serving skills. They were kind. There were 2 females who really made the group I was with (which was 14 of us) feel welcomed and so comfortable. I applaud them for truly knowing what customer service is. God bless you all.

I booked the one bedroom suite, it was spacious; however some of the tiles in the bathroom floor were loose and the bottom of the bathroom door was rusty!
The hotel provides breakfast, which is included in your booking (so that’s a plus). The property seems to be old and in need of a refurbishment! The staff was friendly.

Everything would have been great if the bathroom wasn't dirty. The floor was dirty, broken tile, mold in corner of tub along with messed up showerhead and TV remote sucked! Noisy from highway but the beds were great and breakfast was delicious! Staff was very professional and hoping to speak with manager this week about issues so we shall see.
