Staying in a Prince's residence is really quite unique, as is a 24 room boutique hotel with the quantity and quality of staff.

We liked the traditional, classy building, in the middle of lush vegetation and the attention of the staff.The rooms are a little to small, there are no electric socker in the bathroom and the breakfast is somewhat poor ( exception the last of 3 days,when there were more options) for the daily rate payed.

Absolutely lovely hotel and lovely staff. All staff were kind, helpful and generous. They really made my stay here feel welcome and relaxed, nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous hotel in a great location. 100% will stay again.

This boutique hotel in French colonial style is a jewel. The staff make it a wonderful place to stay. They educated us on local traditions and were very helpful on a small but necessary medical matter.

Walking distance from the night market and old town. The pool area is great. Pool is clean an it is next to the restaurant and a little pool bar. Treatments given in the spa had a high standard. Breakfast was nice and the selction was good. Not impressed by the lunch. Staff are friendly. Rooms are also nicely decorated and some have balconies/gardens. Size of the rooms differs a bit.

The plus factor is the hotel staff. They are helpful, friendly and warm. They do all they can to make you feel at home.

The hotel was really nice. The best part of the hotel was it's beautiful pool. The room was really clean and has good air conditioning. The hotel itself is within walking distance to the riverside and night market. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel location is well located (10 min walk from Luang Prabang main street and nice restaurants on Mekong River). Hotel itself is a typical "boutique hotel" setup in a former Laotian price house. Swimming pool is small but very elegant with hotel restaurant around it while garden is very well maintained both being very pleasant for having rest after visits. Room was large and very comfortable with an oversized bed. Balcony was large as well with a nice view on the swimming pool. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. WIFI did work well. Really nothing to complain about. By way of conclusion we will definitely come back!

Driver costs were on the high side but otherwise the concierge was helpful. Had a nice spa experience, the masseuse was sensitive to my comfort and was very capable for a deep massage.

First of all, let me address the fact that this is an older property, which has a few issues:1. Water temperature in the shower could not be balanced out and fluctuated during the shower.2. Wifi was not very strong and was dodgy at times.3. Television channels cut out quite a bit.4. Some parts of the building could use a bit of paint touch up.That said, the quality of the service and friendliness of the staff more than compensated for the above inconveniences. My wife and I were impressed with the staffs eagerness to make sure everyone enjoyed their stay: the waiter even made suggestions for a morning excursion and took time out to arrange a driver for us. They assisted us in every need that we mentioned, with genuine smiles on their faces.We ate at the hotel restaurant on three occasions and in every instance, the food was exceptional.We also enjoyed the spa services, finding friendly staff that listened to the pressure requests.All in all, this was an exceptional experience, and we will be happy to stay with them again next time we are in Luang Prabang.

The grounds and setting are quite lovely, The staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are adequate and each has a very pleasant balcony or patio. The pool is refreshing though a little on the small side. They have a daily happy hour 4-7pm so cocktails poolside are a must. Restaurant was good but overpriced. (You can eat the same dishes in town for less than half the price.). I would recommend for couples or families. A little quite for solo travelers or friends.

Excellent boutique hotel. Convenient location, few minutes walk to the night market. The front desk staff are very professional, courteous, helpful and friendly - especially Bounlieng.Complimentary bicycles.

An amazing place full of charm, sufficiently isolated to offer peace and quiet whilst being a few minutes away from everything you need to go to in the area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, a delight to stay there. Rooms are very comfy and nice in an old style far more interesting and unique than big chains of hotels. A truly unique experience we cannot praise enough.
