A&O are advertising with parking spaces and EV charging, but there is basically none. The 8 parking spots and 1 single charger was apparently reserved. I was not informed that i had to reserve them, which makes me think that it's the staff thats parking there. Overall a 4/10 experience. Unhelpful staff aswell.

Close to Hammerkirche U-Bahn, the Hotel/Hostel is situated to the east of Hamburg Centre, helpful staff, really good breakfast

We traveled with a small baby and chose this hotel because it stated that parking was available.
We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and wanted to check in quickly. The receptionist then claimed that we had booked two rooms, even though my receipt showed only one room. He then called his own customer service and wanted me to wait in the reception while he was on hold, despite me explaining that it was the middle of the night and we had a small baby.
Moreover, it turned out that there was no available parking at all, and we had to find parking ourselves in the city. We finally found a spot, a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel. With a lot of luggage and a few months old baby in our arms, we had to walk through half the city in the middle of the night.
Very unprofessional handling of their own mistake and misleading information about the hotel.

The staff wasnt very helpful and spoke rudely at times. Asked for a baby crib, had to wait for almost 2 days for it. To ask for anything is a stress because yoj dont know how rudely the staff will answer or maybe not all.

Cheap hotel very close to Metro and far away from city center. A good alternative for our stay. 10 min to ST Pauli only.

Clean room, check in was easy, have not yet checked out but will soon. Main reason for the low score is that I paid for a parking and they gave it away. Instead of moving the car that one of the staff wanted a lesser employee stopped the process. And pointed me to park at the trash cans. I Guess I just wants what was right. To have what I paid for. Instead of staying one more night I will go somewhere else and I will avoid this franchise forever.

Amazing place really loved it and most confortable mattresses I have slept on! Including the children’s bed which beat the poshest hotels in the UK miles ahead! Transport network very easy and Lidl’s next door make this a great option and I would most definitely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood, a lot of parkingspace with thanks to the Lidl. Only negative point : too small for a family. But for this cheap price you can't complaint.

The room is very basic but it was not quite clean and the window curtains/blinds will not work so a lot light will get into the room at night.

Hotel/hostel was plain, clean and convenient.Location is very convenient for subway access to Hamburg - 5 mins walk from 2 stations.The area where the hotel is located is quiet and dull, but it has a Lidl next door, which is very handy.

Great location for price of hostel, lots to do in hamburg and surrounding area for families. Local for shops, restaurants and fast food chains.

Spot on for the price. Not the comfiest beds in the world, but this is by far the cheapest place I could find so no biggie. Lidl supermarket right next door, choice of 2 U Bahn stations withing 5 mins walk. Less than 15 mins total travel time from Hauptbahnhof.

We enjoyed our stay in a double with bunkbed room. The grocery store next door was very convenient, and it was nice to get a coffee in the lobby. we were able to find street parking even though a large truck blocked us in for awhile in the morning! A really good deal for a place to stay when visiting Hamburg, only a few minutes to downtown by car. There is a U Bahn stop just down the street also. There is a bakery, a pizza place and a Greek food restaurant a few blocks walk.

Good facilities at a very reasonable price only complaint is that they didnt change towels even tho they was put in bottom of shower and no bedding change for the 10 days i stayed

This hotel is located in an area that did not feel super safe. There were a lot of women selling themselves on the street about 3 blocks away.

The room was Spartan, the beds small and although pushed togeter had different mattresses, so didn´t make a big bed. The toilet smelled so awful that because it was in the same small room as the shower I couldn´t use the shower--I couldnt hold my breath long enough! Dismal breakfast. Disgusting.

This hotel is extremely basic; part of it is a hostel, and the part which is called a hotel is basically just a hostel with private rooms. The Best Western next door is much nicer.

This was not a destination for our trip but a stop over on a long drive. The hotel was clean and cheap and provided what we needed. Sorry I can't speak to the specifics regarding location or amentities as our stay in Hamburg was just to sleep.

This is not a hotel but a hostel and not worthy the price. It has no telephone inside the room and cant watch international channles like CNN,BBC,Skynews etc. The breakfast is monotonous, same things everyday throughout the week. No variety. This is not a hotel by any standards but a domitory or hostel for high scholars.

Located just outside the city centre but only three U-bahn stops away, this is a functional but comfortable hotel. Good for an overnight or short stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our opinion is somewhat coloured as the heating system broke down whilst we were there.

We had requested two single beds but were forced to share one double bed. We bought wireless LAN hours but for most of the time the LAN was not available and they had no idea what to do about that. The vast majority of the guests were living in the hotel's hostel quarters. On the plus side, the U-bahn train was two blocks away and took us right to the Reeperbahn, which is Hamburg's main area for nightlife.
