Super clean rooms, comfy pillows, well stocked on towels, shampoos, etc. Staff was friendly. Really good breakfast and even good coffee, which is rare for a coffee snob such as myself to say. Would highly recommend. We ordered Windsor's pizza to our room, which we would also highly recommend. 😋

Check in was easy; room great. I asked for a receipt when I checked in and was told I would get it at check out. Check-out and was told it would be emailed since I used this site to book. They charged me $15.00 than the rate that I was given when booking.

When we arrived at the hotel after driving over 12 hours, we went to our room and the blind on the window was broke. We could not shut the blind. There was no phone in the room and I had to go to the front desk to tell them we wanted another room.

We checked in late on a sold-out Saturday and our room was facing the parking lot, our blinds did not work and we were unable to close them, so they moved us to rooms on Sunday, when we got in that room we found that the HVAC system didn't work, we were not offered a different room just one additional blanket, the odd thing is when we were checking out there was already a new HVAC system in the hallway, just waiting for us to check out, leaving us to believe they knew of the issue and they didn't care to share that with us, the sad thing is we travel to this area often, had stayed there before however I highly doubt we stay at this location again. I held off leaving this review being promised a phone call from management but that did not happen.

The stay was great! Front desk staff was super friendly (Ashley) and the room was clean and had nice toiletries. Water pressure was great too, which is always a concern of mine!

The area is very nice. Not walkable but shopping and food options close by. Room was large, clean and bed comfortable. Room needs service. Lamps full of bugs. Toilet seat loose. Bulbs burned out in bathroom and sink would not drain.

Customer Service was great! The rooms need some updating. Room was not clean to my standards and there was a sour smell in the room. I tried changing rooms but they were all booked on the first floor.

The hotel staff were very personable and friendly. The rooms were near perfect. There may have been a couple dings in the drywall but otherwise super clean and pleasant. The bathrooms were very updated with a huge walk in shower. There are decent restaurants that are walkable. The mini golf course next door was also a great time and within walking distance as well.

I don’t understand why you can’t have bacon every day in your free breakfast. Everyone likes bacon sausage is definitely not as good and this place had a sign. They only serve bacon three days a week and not on weekends. That’s obviously to just save money instead of satisfying customers who are paying a substantial amount of money to stay there every night.

My stay was nice but they could ensure that the food is hot. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better (perhaps use a cleaner with bleach in it). Otherwise, a decent stay.

Though listed as "pet friendly", the fee for a small, non-allergenic dog was $50, due supposedly for a need for "deep cleaning" required following our stay. I highly doubt that was done, and know it was not required.

We went on a 10 day road trip and this was, by far, the favorite place we stayed. The beds AND pillows were so comfortable, the room was bright, clean and nicely appointed. The hot breakfast was great and well managed. Thanks for the nice stay! You’re on our list of places to comeback to!

Orbitz lists this as a 3 star hotel. It is NOT! It is a 2 star hotel so keep that in mind when booking. For a 2 star hotel, it’s fine, but I booked this thinking I was paying for something nicer with better amenities. Other than a pool, it’s pretty bare bones.

Great location, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Only issue was housekeeping coming into our room around 8am after getting in late the night before even though the do not disturb sign was up. Otherwise, staff and accommodations were great.

I was lied to about the the number of beds and availability of other sleeping accommodations. My son had nowhere to sleep and was unable to get any rest either night for a lacrosse tournament that we drove across the entire country for him to play in. Wasted thousands of dollars on this trip and it was completely ruined because of the incompetence of this hotel.

Recently updated, or perhaps recently built. This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. The front desk staff, Jordan, was very kind and personable. Even while busy he was patient and helpful. We came back to this location twice while traveling. I highly recommend.

Room smelled like mold and the room air had a lot of moisture and felt clammy despite of the air conditioning running. Wallpaper was bubbling in the bathroom and the bar near the toilet was rusty. Black mold near the tub. The room was on the first floor. Upon arrival we asked for a higher room but they were booked out. It was noisy since they had some children tournament.
