Just a quick overnight stay on our way to the ferry on North Sydney
Do suggest the bathtub be lowered or a step added for the elderly as my 68 yr old aunt could not raise her leg to get on the shower

Bit of a dump. Was overcharged for the stay and then subsequently charged again two days later.

Easy, no fuss. Replied quickly via Expedia. Great for a quick, one night stay. Feels very overpriced for how… Not cute or nice it is. Bathrooms (especially shower/tub) seriously need updating (and maybe working outlets by sinks?) But the motel absolutely does the trick for a one night stop with a fridge and tv and ac! A big relief for a long road trip. The twist lock on the inside of the door handle seemed to be slightly broken… we were able to get it the door to lock, but didn’t exactly feel safe? We propped a chair against it overnight just to be cautious. Staff were friendly. Would feel cleaner with updated bathrooms and if they replaced the carpeting. But it seemed to be clean! I would probably stay here again if it is the cheapest option in the area the next time I do this trip! But it’s not that much cheaper, so if experience and luxury is at all important to you, I wouldn’t say it’s worth saving the little you do by staying here. Overall a perfectly fine experience!

Well there was no one to greet you when you show up everything is by by phone not in person . As for the price of the room now that i know i will not be staying there again . They should be chargeing half of what they want .

The motel was directly off of the highway so it was very convienient for a quick overnight stay.
The room was very clean and the beds comfortable.
The only downside was there is no front desk. Luckily we did not need anyrhing as it may have posed a problem obtaining help.

It was great. A wonderful little roadside motel. Everything was easy and steaightfirward. The room was acgoid size with a big comfortable bed. It was great.

My room was double booked, when i tried my door code people were inside and understandably pissed . I called the office and they sent me to a room for a single. They said they programmed the door lock and it didn't work. They unlocked it remotely. Code still doesn't work . I wont be able to leave room and lock it as i wont be able to get back in .
There should be some compensation for this

Beautiful hand motel, easy access to the highway. Easy on and off. Great for a stop over to rest and be on the way. The room has everything you need to be comfortable for the night.

It was a very nice motel unit, nothing fancy but very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. There is a gas station/ convenience store that is quite good. The staff were very responsive to any questions asked.

There wasn't any check in reception office. Everything was done via your cell phone. If you don't have a smart phone or a credit card you'd might have a hard time getting a room.

Very tiny room. Finishing is very rough. It feels like I am living in a container. The bathroom has a bathtub and it has patches and patches all over the wall. The washroom fragrance is strong, I can smell it in the whole room. Check in instruction is not clear, I had to do a live chat to get the instruction. Make sure you call the number to get the keycode. Plenty of parking. Ok room if you can get it cheap but don't expect anything fancy.

There was no one available to speak to, even though I tried several times. I was charged a damage deposit of $50 which took several days to be refunded. The condition of the room made me wonder what I could have possibly damage!
Although the room had been cleaned, the scent from the products used was so strong it triggered an allergy attack. The so-called 'beds' were uncomfortable and consisted of wooden, carpeted platforms with the box spring and mattress on top. The sheets were worn and knobby. The entire place was tired and dated.
The floor of the room sloped at one end, and the bathtub was raised so high it was difficult to step in and out of the shower.
This is the most uncomfortable motel I have ever stayed in!

The carpets are filthy, window handle broken in bathroom, mold around bathroom window, around tub and huge black mold in bathroom at corner of tub down behind baseboard heater. Also fridge not working. When I complained and said I want my money back, can’t stay there, owner told me I would never get my money back and hung up on me. Then they arrived at the site, entered the room as we were packing our car and got confrontational and even put hands in front of my face. We were there for toughly half an hour and she accused me of making the carpet filthy. I want my money back. I was supposed to pay at the site and they charged me credit card that I only used to hold the room and they charged an extra $50. Worst experience I have ever had

Ease of access. Everything had been prearranged for payment in the room. Use of a phone as we were a late arrival, good but hard to hear as it is outside. Overall a good place to stay as there is a Gas Bar, Convence Store and Tim Hortons close by.
