Absolutely beautiful property with the best service and accommodations. Truly the most amazing spa and message services!

This was our second time staying at Uma Sapna , we love this property. The private villa with our own pool is one of our favourite things and the staff can not be anymore helpful. Do your self a favor and dine at the attached restaurant Kilo you wont be dissapointed.

The room and service were both amazing. The pool was a pleasure to have and the privacy was wonderful.

The staff and service at Uma Sapna were excellent during our recent stay. Rooms (we were moved to an upgraded room during our stay, to our delight) were very well appointed, beds and linens were very comfortable, and rooms were large and clean. The private pools were cleaned often, and water temperature was perfect to cool down at the end of a hot day of touring and shopping. Staff provided an exceptional level of service, and we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay.

The location was excellent. Very clean and tidy property. Staff very accomodating. Room was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again. Easy to to eat street for a variety of restaurants.

The villa was amazing and really cozy and quiet. The rooms and pool were very stylish.

Check-in wasn't so good but it was early evening and only a porter was available to help me with my bags and show me to the room. The Room was very nice, service and friendliness were second to none. Awesome breakfast - unfortunately we were only told on the last day that breakfast was included in our package - again this was due to no proper check in. Apart from the check-in the overall service and professionalism were awesome. Thank you

Nice place and had good time

Beautiful, minimalist pool villas in a fabulous central Seminyak location. The pool was great. The living/bedroom area was comfy in a modern way. The bathroom was OK, but not great with a cramp toilet space. Service from everyone we encountered was excellent, every request was completed quickly and with a smile. Would be delighted to return to this property into the future.

They did move us three times but were very apologetic

Everything about our stay at Uma Sapna was amazing - our Villa ( Bangka) was great and we could not want for more. We will definitely look to stay here again. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, the villas’ have a gracious atmosphere that make you feel as if you are the only residents - quite a feat for such a central location. The in-house spa is also the business 11 out of 10!

Upon check-in we were greeted and offered drinks then taken to our room and giving a brief tour. We stayed in The Komodo Villa, which had a private pool and it was gorgeous. The rooms are quite open concept so more suited for a couple as opposed to a family. This was perfect for us as we visited on our honeymoon. The AC in the room was phenomenal and kept us cool on the scorching hot days. The property is close to many cafes and restaurants, and about a 20-30 minute walk to Seminyak beach. We can’t say enough about the amazing staff there. Everyone greeted us with a pleasant hello each time we passed them and they offered excellent service by calling us a cab when it was time for us to depart for our next location. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would most definitely stay here again next time we visit Seminyak!

This is a superb complex with large modern apartments in a vibrant area. The many staff were so helpful and pleasant. The breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was excellent. It would be difficult to find a better accommodation.

Private Villa feeling in the heart of bustling Seminyak Village with excellent restaurants and shops. Excellent on site restaurant, Kilos, with innovative and healthy cousine. Attentive services.

The villa is cozy and relaxing, and it is not far from the main street of Seminyak. The only thing is that short of the hot water in the late evening, maybe too many guests are using at the same time?

Warm personal service, it’s really like a home away from home. A little oasis in town. It’s so peaceful and tranquil.

Room is very spacious, modern, private and clean. The air conditioning is cool and quiet. Pool is mini. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and speaks good English. The terra spa is very nicely decorated and the massage therapist are good. We got 15 min complimentary massage per person and a spa coupon. Breakfast is great, just that my pancakes or toasts are never hot or even warm...
