Their housekeeping room was across from my room and it was noisy in the morning. Also, the wall seems to be very thin. It was ok if it is cheaper but it was not worth the price.

Our room didn’t have a window we could look out of. It didn’t have a wardrobe or chest of drawers. We lived for two weeks living out of a suitcase.

Great hotel which is located in a great area. Close to the subway entrance and lots of food around.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was small but well laid out. The staff were helpful and the cleaning service was great. The hotel also offers free coffee and donuts which is a nice addition. It would be nice to have chargers and lights on both sides of the bed for when two guests stay. Would stay in this property again. Akasaka-Mitsuke is a wonderful area to stay in will great restaurants and easy to get to Shinjuku as well as Ginza.

The staff made the stay great! From the front desk receptionist to the cleaning staff....all were very professional and courteous. Coffee and donuts was a great addition. And having breakfast in the cafe was excellent! Only bad part was not being able to look outside or open the window even a small crack. My husband struggled with that but was told that there was no other option.

Room a bit too small

Great location, close to the train station. Only complaint is it was a very hard bed would not recommend for anyone who has any back issues. Small rooms as to be expected for this price in Tokyo.

The room was quite good with a bed that fit 2 adults and a 9 years old kid. But the room was quite warm and we were not able adjust the air con. We ended up open the little gap of window and switched on the air refresher machine provided in order to cool us down to sleep. Other than that, they changed the bath towels everyday and have our room beddings change every 3 days. My daughter grabbed an icing biscuit from the lobby as her treat. We already had an expectation of how small the room was.

3 star hotel in good location Very small room, bathroom ok normal Japanese standards , hot water very low pressure so hard to take good shower. Convenient caffe downstairs and near main restaurant entertainment area

Great position (mega easy to reach from everywhere in Tokyo and excellent transportation). It’s a basic hotel but with lovely features and great service. Extremely good value for money - we paid as much as if we were sleeping in a tiny pod, but we got a decent size room with toilet, amazing shower (best of all the hotels we’ve been to in Japan - better than 4-5 star hotels!), free donuts in the evening, free coffee and very helpful staff. Strongly recommend and I’d 100% go again!!!

Nice place in a good location, close to train station, eateries etc. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. Only improvement would be that our window was blocked off so we couldnt see out or open it. Room was small but that is quite standard for Tokyo. Overall we had a good stay!

Excellent area, rooms are a bit small but great for just a place to sleep as busy all day.

Pros : - The property is well located, with multiple food options - Direct train to Shibuya and Shinjuku - Breakfast is from excelsior cafe downstairs - The hotel premises are brand new and clean! Cons: Personally we would not stay here again for the following reasons, - We arrived at the property earlier than the check-in time (3pm). The room was ready, but were charged to access it early on a per hour basis. In all my years of travel this has been complimentary, also would not have expected the hotel to incur any significant charges from early access and definitely not on a 1300Y per hour basis. - Although the property details mention daily housekeeping, only towels and toiletries are provided daily. The room was cleaned on an alternate day basis. The room appeared dusty and unclean, toilets had a mouldy smell. - Room was dull and gloomy

The air conditioning was shut off. They told us it is because they have entered the winter season. The room was dreadfully HOT! They should have made it clear that the air conditioners would be turned off but showed no such warning. When we asked if they could allow our room to have air conditioning, they said NO. It was a terrible few nights of absolutely miserable sleep all due to their lack of disclosing/hiding this condition. It was like a sauna all night. The windows barely opened to allow any breeze. On my top list of WORST hotel stays.

赤坂見附駅から徒歩3分程で便利な場所にあり、チェックインはスムーズにできました。良かった点は、枕と布団が雲の上にいる様に柔らかくて寝具が快適だったことです。 ただ残念な事に、廊下の人の声や斜め向かいの宿泊客の室内から歌声が聴こえたりで落ち着けなかった。 壁が薄いというよりも、防音設備が整っていないのかと。 その他、バスルームに換気扇がない事。 当日にベッドメイクを含むフル清掃の希望を出したら、前日までの受付だと言われてタオル交換程度のエコ？？清掃のみ。 夜部屋に戻ったら、新しいタオルはあったものの、前日使ったタオルやガウンは部屋に置かれたままでした。 私は国内外各地のホテルを利用していますが、こちらのホテルは設備やエコ清掃の仕方をもっと学んだ方が良いと思いました。
