Close to metro station, no other pros

Rooms are tiny, double bed is not realy a double so feels uncomfortable for two people. It wasn't obvious from the photos how tiny room will be. Terrible check-in experience where we were first told that we can check-in early just paying extra 3000 yen and when arrived to the hotel they told us is not possible because of planned power outage.

Localisation géographique très correct, proche du métro à moins de 3min de marche. La chambre bien que petite reste conforme à ce qui se fait au Japon en général. La chambre était propre, le service de chambre présent et disponible en cas de besoin. L'équipement fournit suffit amplement à passer un bon séjour et le petit déjeuner était aussi très bien pour commencer la journée. L'hôtel offre également un service de gardiennage de bagage très pratique.

Dans l'ensemble rien de particulier car tout était conforme à ce qui était écrit dans le descriptif donc je savais à quoi m'attendre.

We thought the location was perfect, it’s just outside of the main city but so close to the station that’ll take you into Shinjuku in 2 stops. Public bath was a life saver we ended up using it every night after all the walking we did. Service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean - didn’t find any issues.

If I had to choose something it would be the room size but we were able to make it work.

The bar staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.

The room was extremely small. Nowhere to have your case open. Only a couple of coathangers for clothes. No wardrobe, which I understand is normal for japan. But the room is so small. My case was on a case stand at the foot of my bed, but it over hung on to the bed, which meant I kicked it at night as I'm quite tall. Well, I'm 5ft 6 lol

the location is very good, right next door to the Nishinjiku metro station, some restaurants and multiple areas to walk around like parks filled with green.

The room size was quite small for the price paid, although I understand I am in Japan. And only one reception staff spoke really good english. With that said, the team was always very kind and helpful.

Good location near metro and bus station.

Uncomfortable bed and really tiny room. Good luck if you have bigger size luggage.

Great onsen on 2/F, convenient location with 24/7 nearby, clean room

Booked and prepaid 4 nights (11 - 15 May) under a changeable policy booking. Got room 1410. Due to a schedule change, I had to check out earlier on 14 May. So I checked with hotel reception on the 13 May afternoon and was told that it was possible to shorten my stay, without any charge, and was possible to get the refund from my prepayment. Asked them if I needed to reconfirm with Booking.com and was told unnecessary as they would do it for me. Reconfirmed with different reception staff upon my departure at 10:30 am on 14 May, and was told the same. However, after returning to my country. I contacted Booking.com and was told the refund was impossible as they never receive any amendment from the hotel which the hotel staff promised to do so. Very disappointed and got cheated by the staff and they didn't care about their guest needs. Will avoid staying here in the future and don't believe in the promise of the staff.

Transportation access. Public bath. Well designed room. Close to park.

Sehir merkezine 2 km uzaklikta.Çalışanlari hiç güler yuzlu degil ve yardimci degiller..ve yüzlerce otelde kaldimm ama ilk defa cıkış sırasinda 20 dakika geç indigim icin 1.000 yen ödemek zorunda kaldim.

Super plan que sont la chaine d'hotel APA au Japon! Propre, calme et très bine équipé. Les bains étaient parfaits et le métro à 100 m est super pratique.

Hotel is nice, famous and infront of the metro station so I would say it's connected with other neighbourhoods. They let us do check in by 1AM so this was nice as well

Room was super small, I believe was the smallest room I have ever been to, I thought this is the standard in Japan but when I checked in to other hotels in other cities I felt for the value of money I paid it was too much and I could have found cheaper/larger options.

Ottima posizione a 5min a piedi dalla metro. Kombini (7/11 e Lawson) a max 5min a piedi. Letto comodo. Buon ristorantino con specialità Gyoza a 3min a piedi nel caso non si volesse andsre in centro per pranzare/cenare.

Camera piccola (come da standard Giapponese). Bagno troppo piccolo per la mia statura (sono alto 1.91cm). Ck-In anticipato con sovrapprezzo. Personale con difficoltà a comprendere bene l'inglese (posso capire che mediamente i giapponesi non parlino inglese, ma da una struttura turistica non è accettabile).

大浴場があったので、疲れが取れました。 ベッドや布団もビジネスホテルとは思えないほど気持ち良くて 次の日が快適に動けました。

Comfortable beds. Good blackout curtains. Extremely quiet. 5 minute walk to metro. Very nice free onsen. Coin laundry

Staff was not friendly. Even the twin room is very small fo 2 people. No drawers to unload suitcase.

The hotel is still a bit of a walk (~20 min) from Shinjuku, but there is the Oedo line that is very convenient and right outside the hotel entrance. The facilities and cleanliness are very nice, and even though the room is small, it still felt comfortable.

Like the additional amenities provided like washer and dryer, self operated convenient store and vending machines.

Lack of hangers and hooks for clothings.

Tolle Lage mit Aussicht vom Zimmer im 20. Stock. In Fussdistanz zur U-Bahn Station und zum Start des Marathons. Einfaches Frühstücksbuffet.

I stayed here as it was close to the start of the Tokyo Marathon (800m). Not much around besides 7/11 and Family marts, but very close to the train station to jump on and go places.

インテリアのせいか、部屋や廊下に圧迫感を感じた。 各部屋で室温の調節ができない。たまたま季節外れに気温の高い夜で、暑くて寝苦しかった。

お部屋もTVが大きいし、温泉が最高だった

駅から結構歩くけれど、値段にしたら、良くない点はないです

Отель удобно расположен, близко к метро, рядом есть продуктовые. Номер предсказуемо маленький, но трудностей это не вызывало. Ванная комната просторная для такого номера, что приятно. Есть онсен, в котором любил бывать муж (мне туда нельзя - татуировки), так что это плюс. В целом это хорошая сеть с ожидаемо приличным качеством, такой по умолчанию просто нормальный отель.

Что-то непонятное с уборкой. С одно стороны график (на 3 или 4 ночь), но комплект полотенца-чай и тд каждый день оставляют в пакете у двери до того, как я отдала грязное. А так как полотенце не становится грязным за 1 день и я за разумное потребление, то в номере (и без того маленьком) скапливаются пакеты с полотенцами, что не очень удобно. Плюс мусор не забирают из номера (выносила под дверь в коридор, но пакета на замену мне никто не дал, приходилось изобретать)
