They messed up my reservation in the computer and kept knocking on my door and even trying to open my door, to tell me I was supposed to be checked out. They even brought another couple to my door to tell me they were supposed to be staying in my room. I felt like I couldn’t relax and was unable to rest. I will never stay here again and if I could demand a full refund I would.

The bathroom ceiling needs paint and screws are loose from the ceiling vent.
A few mornings workers were outside my bedroom window working at 7am, making noise. That is a little early!!

Room was nice. Lots of work going on outside my room the entire day. So was not very peaceful. The Hilton grand vacations offer, was 125 of my stay or a free night at the concierge. Neither was given. Offered only a MasterCard if I took a tour I did not have time for. Yes, this property was purchased by Hilton. I was unaware.

The newer buildings on the property are beautiful and modern. The older buildings are dated, carpeting could use a good scrubbing, but still nice. The bedding is super comfortable and clean. We love staying here and hope to return many times!

Every thing was good to great except for parking and no one told us how things in the room worked. I am handicapped and we were visiting family in the area. When we returned, we had to walk fifty yards to our elevator. Some of the cars parked in the handicapped parking didn't have the plate or the permit on their rear view mear.

Loved the family pool, but wish the fountain was on earlier then 10 to drown out the noisy kids. Adult pool needs to be updated. Looked in very bad shape!

This is my third time staying at Cibola Vista this trip being our longest stay. We continue to come back for the location and familiarity of the property. With 7 nights there we really enjoyed having a full size kitchen and washer/dryer. They also have scheduled events for the kiddos and tennis court although we didn’t utilize the tennis court as much with the daily highs being over 100. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

The property is very nice with an amazingly large pool. The units are very large. They say check in starts at 4:00 but my room wasn't ready until 6:00. I was offered a $50 credit but it was too hot to sit by the pool fully clothed. Check out time is too early, 10:00 a.m. Even a late check out is only 11:00.

We have been staying here every summer for the last 3 years. Every year, our stay gets a little bit worse. This was the smallest room we've ever stayed in. The layout was terrible. You couldn't access the fridge because of the kitchen table. The AC worked great in the kitchen, but the bedroom was hot. The bedsheets had a moldy smell to them, almost as if they were folded before they were fully dried. Our bathroom was missing the bottle for conditioner, and the water temp for the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. The pool was filthy. They needed to skim the dirt and debris out in the evening, but no one ever did. We were on the bottom floor, and our upstairs neighbors must have had kids. We could hear them running across their rooms all night and then again early the next morning. This was by far my least favorite visit here. Next year, it might be time to stay at Arizona Grand Resort instead.

I was bitten by soooo many bugs & asked to move rooms they refused to said it was full

Check in was at 4pm. I had to wait in the sun for an hour for my room because it was not cleaned yet. They called me a little after 5pm to let me know the room was ready and it was absolutely dirty. So the housekeeping manager came and confirmed it was not cleaned properly so I had to wait another hour. For the area and this property being a beautiful resort this was unacceptable

A couple things I wanted to bring up all the activities they have planned for the children take place outside in the scorching sun not only is it uncomfortable for the kids but as well as a parents given, they take place in the Lagoon, you guys should really think of an indoor activity area. We’re not only your staff, but guest aren’t in direct heat.
Secondly, pool slide closes every day at such an early time for those who are not trying to burn in the sun and head to the pool at around 5 PM, your opportunity to use a slide is gone.
Perhaps having misters throughout some seating area or shaded area.
There’s really nothing to do other than swim in a hot ass pool. It’s 114° outside and the pool is at 80° 90°. There’s no fun in that.
They really should consider more shaded area specially during this time you’re able to play basketball tennis any of the outdoor things when excruciating hot and you’re just being burned.

Room given was handicap discovered after check in, did not request. Tried to move, told to come back at 8 am to speak to property manager. Went back at 8:30 am. Told come back after 2 when property manager there. Had plans for day so when returned they finally found room. Second level rather than first and no offer to help move so had to go up and down steps repeatedly to get moved. Phone did not work in room. No other compensation offered. First room carpet filthy, various things did not work, small refrigerator. Not what I expected for the amount paid.

Overall it was a good stay. The walls were paper thin. I called the front desk to address my issue and determine if we could be moved and no luck. We heard footsteps above us through the night and next door neighbors talking and watching TV. Could hear everything very clearly.

I got to stay on the same floor as my family. The room was large, clean, quiet and well stocked. The price was right for the hot hot summer. The pool area is gorgeous and so pleasant to just hang there. having the food truck and bar was so convenient and the food was good.
