Kitchen, Bar and Dining Staff at breakfast buffet are amazing! Friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are not accomodating and service is poor.We have hilton gold and requested a late check out,its wednesday and the floor is empty but we were denied!i had to speak to the manager for the request and he told me i have to pay extra for the late checkout!!i have a kid traveling with us and our flight not until 830pm but denied despite the request.

The building is a bit small, there was a protest during our stay, breakfast is amazing, makes our stay easy

The property was conveniently centrally operated, with close access to the beach. It is well operated and the free breakfast is a big perk. The staff is well trained and were very helpful.

We travelled from New Zealand and were very happy with our stay. A wonderful choice for families. We would stay here again. It's a bit dated but we felt relaxed and welcomed by all. The included breakfast and reception hour saved us a whole heap of money. Thank you Embassy suites.

Overall great experience… The two bedroom suite seemed a bit dated. Other than that the staff is outstanding and cannot beat the location! My family had a great Hawaiian vacation.

The hotel rooms were clean and quiet. The dining room each morning had too many birds roaming around everyone’s tables. The birds pooped on our breakfast food, while we were seated at our tables twice on different days. They do have shops conveniently close and restaurants that are walking distance. I recommend eating breakfast at the orchid close by the embassy suites.

The swimming pool and happy hour was great. Omelet station at breakfast was great!

Decent stay

This is our forth year staying at this property and love it every time. It’s in a good location with so many options to shop and eat with easy access to walk to the beach

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days , all staff were very friendly. We loved that everything was so close

During checkout I forgot our family passports in the room locker. Their staff was super helpful to get it out to me at the airport safely and in time! I avoided missing my flight, super thankful 🙏

It has been an amazing experience with Embassy Suites! The rooms are spacious and very clean. We liked the omelette station and the happy hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The small added cost is totally worth the space in the rooms. The place is super well maintained with really excellent staff. The breakfasts and cocktail hours were excellent; no real waits and very high quality and service. It really makes the cost make sense. You’re a five minute walk from different beaches and the pool is nice. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. Getting in and out of Waikīkī in the car is very easy too.

Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Not too far from the public beach.

Great value and location for family visit. Traveled for a business meeting but decided to bring my family and extend my stay. Instead of booking the conference hotel, I found the Embassy Suites which was only slightly higher price for a suite layout that was worth every Penny when traveling with two toddlers. The staff were wonderful, from answering my questions prior to arrive, supplying toddler rails for the bed that my 3 year old slept on and a pack n play for my 18 month old, and even helping us book an extra night (on a sold out Saturday night) when the airlines canceled our return flight. The daily breakfast buffet was ideal when traveling with young kids who get hangry if they aren’t fed first thing in the morning. They had staples like yogurt, cereal, mini muffins, and fresh fruit that we also used for snacks. The suite had a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful for keeping milk, snacks etc on hand for the kids. The bedroom and living room each had their own balconies, which was nice to relax on after the kids went down for the night. The pool and pool area were clean and never too crowded, even during the free evening reception. All staff were very attentive and pleasant. 5 minute walk to the beach, close to bus routes, and there is free entertainment on the beach walk plaza right outside. Would highly recommend for families.

I cannot rate this property highly enough. From check-in, to our complimentary room upgrade to an ocean view room, to included amenities, staff and service. The property is fabulous for families and I would highly recommend to anyone travelling with children visiting Hawaii. It is centrally located, surrounded by shops & dining and a close walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious, with a small kitchenette-type area, separate bedroom, sitting area full bathroom and two lanai. I was worried about only booking a one bedroom apartment when travelling with 3 children as coming from Australia, we commonly book 2 or 3 bedroom apartments - to my surprise the one bedroom was ample with 2 full queen beds and a double sofa bed. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks were a lovely bonus & watching the sunset to the beautiful live music was absolute bliss. My only negative comment would be that the breakfast was sheer chaos and sadly not very relaxing. The lines were long, and felt very much like a school cafeteria rather than a luxury accomodation buffet. We purposely dined offsite most days to avoid the chaos, pushing, noise, long queues and questionable looking meats. We went most days to the Moana Surfrider buffet breakfast; whilst it is $50USD pp, it was so peaceful & relaxing, it was well worth it. All in all, this is an incredible accommodation and I would happily stay at this property again. Book here, you won’t regret it! I’m counting the days until I’m back!
