It is a nice hotel for the price, there was a cacrouch crawling in the bathroom since that grossed me out but that was the only one I saw, the ice machine was broken and the breakfast was ok. My kids would not eat anything at it but it has a nice outside area, pool and basketball court. The suite room I was in was large and spacious.

Horrible is an understatement!!!! The room stated a family of 5. Had one queen bed and a small pull out sofa! That was it. The sofa was only a love seat, so you could image the size. It barely sat two people comfortably.. how they expected three to sleep was insane. The bed was additionally uncomfortable and even though it states it’s a queen, I could swear it was a full!! Aside from that, our room door would not lock, at all. If the door was open you could simply push it open to get in. There was more than one guest I heard complaining about that. Something about that seemed very strange. If someone just checked out I’m assuming they as well would have had the same issue. When the person arrives to fix it, he only came with one screw driver. He went straight for the door lock plate, took it off and turned it upside down. Which makes me think this is a scam they have going to steal from people. Our pull out sofa had no sheets on it or pills. We had only three pillows and one blanket in total for the room. Again…. We booked for a family of 5!! After one of the most uncomfortable nights sleep, we went down to breakfast where they had NO FORKS!! They stated they had run out. The entire experience was terrible. They run their hotel like a cheap side show.

The hotel was in a good location. It is close to the highway but very quiet. When we first got to the room there was an overpowering smell, possible cleaning solution. We advised the front desk and they offered to change rooms for us but the only other available was right next to it. We just purchased a small air purifier which helped with the smell.

The property and room was clean. My son enjoyed the people and other activities offered. Breakfast option should have an alternative meat option other than pork. I had to contact maintenance for a spider and other bug crawling on the ceiling. Other than that, everything was to my liking and I would stay again. Staff was very nice.

The room was well appointed. Great kitchen. Best layout i have been in.

Rude and disrespectful front desk staff

we had to wait over an hour passed check in time to get checked in cuz our room wasn't ready and there was no shower gel or shampoo in the shower

Great location and close to everything

Everything was fine but I was extremely annoyed after maintenance came knocking , while I was in the shower with the privacy sign on the door, to put a plug in night light in the bathroom. I could see if there was an emergency, a plumbing or electrical issue, that warranted the disregard of the “privacy please” sign, but it was a night light. I was so uncomfortable by the whole incident, as I was a female staying alone. For this reason alone, I would not go back and would not recommend it to others.

Classy suites, Polite staff, Clean facilities

Always a great stay here that is convenient to shopping and the highways, yet still set back away from the main roads, so always quiet!

Great staff! Jessica is the receptionist who was very kind and helped us many times getting hot water every time we requested it for my son's milk, this my second time staying at this hotel and i will definitely come back again! Thanks a lot! We had a wonderful time there! PS: there was only a small issue, there wasn't any ketchup at breakfast time.

The rooms need updating,looks shabby. Needs ice buckets, dishwasher detergent,sponges and dish towels. The staff works hard and very accommodating. The breakfast was OK

Other than the noisy road (knew it was likely before booking given its location), everything was great! Comfortable, clean and breakfast in the morning at an affordable rate, so great place to stay for an overnight. The staff are very kind and would stay again.

I expected two queen beds, they gave one queen bed and a broken sofa cama. the room smells like a dog lived here for months open areas with pet excrement/odor

Convenient location, well maintained and clean pool and fitness center, surrounded by trees and well maintained landscaping, friendly staff.

Room was clean and big. We played with the kids on the pool till 10pm . And played board games that they offered for free in the lobby . Lobby is big and very inviting with games and tables and water . Definitely not anybed bugs as I read on previous comments . This place is well kept. Gym has a Peleton . Overall good trip

Let me just first say that I had a good stay. The front desk staff was very nice. My issue was with one of the employees who I believe is housekeeping. I had my service dog with me. When she saw him, she said “Oh she got a dog! I dont like dogs!” I said “oh he’s not a dog. Hes a tiny human” (mind you my dog is more behaved than most humans). She said “No its a dog and I dont like them!” You’re in the business of customer service. You should never act like that. Maybe something happened in the past that made her afraid of dogs. I get that. But we weren’t even near her and she should exercise discernment. We are guests at this hotel. That’s not a good impression to give.

The hotel was fine. Was it the cleanest, no it’s definitely older but it wasn’t anything like what was described in other reviews. The staff was very nice and helpful. Didn’t have any issues with other guests. Breakfast was adequate and the social hour was a nice touch. Pool was great.

Great hotel but understaffed. The clerk at night was great - doing everything - answering phones, housekeeping...

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room can use some new updates. The wallpaper was peeling in the room. It was dirty under the beds. The sheets in the closet for the sofa bed were dirty.

The costumer service and the room in general were horrible my door wasn’t working they littler put tape on my door so the way the door doesn’t close cause they didn’t have any way to open it so my family and me have to stay in the room all the time we couldn’t even enjoy the pool or anything cause the door wasn’t worth and the reception wasn’t help me I was in room 205 and was no aceptable to stay in a place like this
