The service was great. The gal at check in was friendly and very informative. We liked the location. Close to may sites, but not right in the crowd. We traveled with our dog and there was a designated walking area. It was pretty small. Since it was November, we did not use the pool.

This place was amazing! Theplave had been significantly updated and everything was clean and comfortable. The reception was great and the check in was quick. The breakfast was wonderful - there was everything to choose from. Would go back in a minute!.

This Rodeway Inn looked like it had been recently remodeled. It appeared to be clean, had interesting blinds and the staff were nice. Price was good and I enjoyed the little ice cream shop across the street. This is not a fancy hotel, just basic but it got the job done. Price was decent.

I stayed here two nights while visiting the area for the first time. Looks like the rooms have been renovated in recent years. It's your typical no-frills lodging of decent quality.
The biggest drawback is the location. It's on the east edge of town and there's not much of anything over here. In particular, most of the restaurants are at the south end of town.

Enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable hotel. Check in and staff were very friendly. Eco-friendly with cleaning room only if you requested it. And a nice refreshing pool on site.
Being a vegetarian and gluten-free there were no real options for breakfast they provided.

Mostly updated room. Didn't like hard floors. We prefer carpeting. Breakfast was adequate but little protein. Pool was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

The property was clean and staff very friendly, breakfast was ok biscuits not too good. The walls are thin, people talking sounding loud , all around us, didn’t get much sleep. Room clean and bed comfortable. A place to wash clothes if needed.good for the price, would stay again.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We needed to stay an hour later than checkout and they were super nice and helpful about it and it was no problem. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you want at a hotel that would be 5 times as expensive. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Hot Springs in the future.

We stayed overnight in Hot Springs on our way back home. While the motel is nothing to brag about, it served the purpose. Office staff was extremely helpful with giving directions of what to do. The room had been updated as best as possible and bathroom was clean. My mother could not get in the bed, even being in a handicap accessible room so we pulled out the sofa bed. It was not comfortable at all but she made do. The mini fridge had a loud humming and made it hard to ignore when the AC shut off at night and trying to sleep. I was tempted to unplug it! Breakfast was your typical simple continental breakfast.

First time in Hot Springs and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was located near the main attractions so not too far of a drive from everything. Across the street there is an ice cream shop that serves food. Hotels front staff was very informative on things to do in Hot Springs. Breakfast in the morning was simple, good but filling and one less meal to worry about. The place was very clean and we were impressed based on other hotel experiences we have had. They have a pool but unfortunately we did not get to use. They have vending machines along with a laundry facility that costs $2.00 in quarters that we did use. Overall I would recommend staying and we would stay again.

Hotel is not in a nice part of time. Arrived at the hotel at 8pm, booked at noon, and they said they could not find our reservation, then said they were overbooked. Myself and the person in front of me were just out of luck. Also said they could not refund us the room price, that we had to contact Travelocity. I couldn’t cancel my booking online, so had to call Travelocity. I had to go through the long automated system then sit on hold while the representative called the hotel to confirm the fault being theirs before being able to get a refund. Travelocity offered no discount or credit toward my new (more expensive) booking for my trouble. With the 30 mins my husband stood in line at the first hotel, booking a second hotel, and 33 mins on the phone with customer service, it was over an hour long ordeal at 8 at night after a 7 hour drive.
