This hotel is reasonable value for money. Our bathrooms were a little tired. Pool area is nice. Also close to lots of shops and dining options.

Party of 2 x 2. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The mould around the bath/shower and bath itself is just not good enough. I ended up with bedbug bites and a pharmacy bill of $45.00 au. They did clean and replace my matress but damage was done. Any used glass or cup were wiped out with a damp cloth. I had to request they were washed properly.The towels and bed linen were old and grey. Whilst I'm ok with music from fat Buddha, after 2 weeks it starts to get to you as its so blinking loud. We would not stay here again.. Shame they are not maintaining this venue.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a problem with a blocked drain in the shower and a terrible smell coming out of the drains. Staff dealt with this quickly after i reported it. The location is good if you want to party, but a little too hectic if you want to relax in the calm. The gardens at the hotel were quiet though

Needs upgrades, repair, maintenance,is shabby, unloved missing basic expectancies,which is a pity as it has good bones! Nothing really works

Very close to shopping, great eating places like Sugar Rays. Clean and comfortable.

My sister and i stay at this hotel every year ,its inproving all the time. This time had lots more chairs around the pool areas which was fabulos. The only suggestion i have this time round is they dont surply hand towels in the bathroom and when i asked for them they said only the premium rooms have them ,well we always book the deluxe lagoon pool view so i guessing thats not premium enough. In saying that is a great hotel in a great location . Thankyou so much for our stay see you next year.

A lot of smoking next door no filter perhaps get smoking and non smoking room areas

Centrally located property quiet one end, loud on the other as resort adjoins the Fat Buddha which has entertainment 7 days per week till late. Great experience overall.

Staff were very accommodating and rooms were cleaned daily. It is located centrally in Legion and within walking distance to the beach/shops/restaurants. First time I have stayed here and would definitely recommend and will return. Restaurant attached to the front of the hotel (Fat Buddha) is a little overpriced but offer a simple breakfast which is included with some room packages. The restaurant offer live sporting matches on big screen tvs and they have some great live entertainment each night. Overall ****

Great place to stay on the heart of Legian. Good pools & surround grounds. loads of restaurants nearby. Hotel with good amenities. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel & area. Linen & towels could do with replacement. They were always clean but old. Bathroom was clean but could do with a good scrub.

Well maintained. AMAZING and accommodating staff. Could do with a bit of a “spruce up” in some of the older areas of the resort. But nothing major!! Would definitely come back again!

the resort is a little tired and could do with a refirb. while the place is average it is in a good position and has plenty of bars and restaurants in the area . the biggest issue with the resort is the place that serves the breakfast at the front of the resort (fat buddah) while i believe it is a separate business and not associated with the resort it supplies the breakfast for guests.... which is very ordinary along with the staff who work there. no variety whatsoever. 15 days of the same thing everymorning, and cooked very ordinarilly by cooks who lack any real skills in cooking. the staff look busy as they flitter around the area but watch them closely .......... they dont like to do much work at all. four times during my stay i saw guests return food undercooked and not fit for eating. be wary if you eat there. the resort need to find another providor or scrap the breakfast and adjust there prices accordingly.

Rooms near fat buddha are very noisy till late then the swimup bar noisy most of the day!

The property was beautiful, quiet if you were away from the pools. The pools were absolutely spectacular and so warm and enjoyable. Staff were absolutely amazing and always so accommodating, my mother got hurt and the staff all came out with first aide kit and fixed her up, it was so nice. It was locating in a street with heaps of food and places to shop and only 25 minutes to the airport. The only downside was the internet was so slow it took forever to load anything and you could not watch movies or YouTube etc.

Great location in walking distance of restaurants and bars. Lovely quiet room overlooking the lagoon pool.

Given the rate, its value for money. A bathroom renovation is needed. Lack of hand rails in bath area is a problem if you fall. Stepping out of bath/shower onto floor is too big a step for an older person. Toilet paper is poor quality. Follow up at front desk to check our airport pickup was missed by the person who said he would check. My wife was overcharged/not properly informed of the price for a haircut. They refused to take any blame at all although my wife was probably not perfect in understanding the currency either
