We stayed for 4 nights. My 93 year old husband needed a rest from his cancer therapy. The hotel was ok but totally dreary. The ocean view was wonderful but some color & cheer in the bedroom would have helped. I think every shower should have grab bars for safety. The breakfast & area were excellent & front desk crew was helpful & friendly. Room cleaners did minimal work but the room was clean. Too dreary a place for a return stay unfortunately.

From check in to check out the stay was great. Oceanfront room was requested and granted. Pool was warm, room was clean and love the Dove products. Housekeeping was very accomodating for extra towels. The front desk was very helpful, (Shayla-her 1st couple of new days) friendly. They would always greet us when we came into the lobby. The breakfast for a free service was great, lots of selections for every day, we would love to see a waffle maker there. The coffee station was great for cups to go, and they even had seasonal creamer. Upon arrival they signed us up for a plan for rewards. It was a great stay and great location for our vacation.

Came for a quick little trip to get some quality time with my partner. Everything was lovely. My room was clean only thing I found was a piece of long dirty blonde hair in my wash cloth which can happen but other than everything was great. The breakfast was good and seasoned well! They even had pumpkin spice creamer!! Nice distance from everything and to everything.

I had to call and ask for a crib in our room and when I called the front desk, I told them I had a question and he immediately transferred me to reservations without me asking my question. When I spoke to the reservations person, they wanted to send me back to the front desk which was frustrating. I’m dairy free and there was only fruit available that was dairy free, staff couldn’t tell me if any of the bread products were dairy free or not. The room was nice and quiet. My husband loved the shower pressure in the shower!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay!
The facility was impressively clean, and the location was incredibly convenient for my plans. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great start to my day. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. I also enjoyed the onsite indoor pool, which was well-maintained and a delightful addition to my stay.
The only point I would mention for awareness is the elevator situation. With the hotel being five stories and only one elevator, I found that during peak times, it could require some patience to wait for it.
My room was comfortable and met all my needs, contributing to a great overall experience. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future!

This hotel offered us an incredible experience during our stay that included a very nice, clean and modern room and areas, super nice customer service from beginning to end (a big shout out to Miss Asia and team during breakfast), very convenient location and easy access to the beach, no overcrowded at all, easy to park and relax. Very impressive. We will definitely come back. Please keep it up

The hotel was convenient right on the beach, location was good, and breakfast was decent. However, the shower knobs are in need of repair as it was inconsistent how much I had to turn the handle to turn the shower on/off. Also, first night the fire alarm went off and the whole building was evacuated. Turned out to be the 2nd false alarm of the day and the fire dept changed a faulty sensor. Would go somewhere else next time.

Good location in Nags Head. Close to attractions we were interested in and the hot breakfast buffet was fantastic! The spread was amazing and they offered a variety of foods every morning. The hotel has covered parking and an indoor pool. It's also next to the beach. I also appreciated the coffee in the lobby that was available all day.
The pool could have been cleaner. The days we stayed at the hotel, there was a storm passing through and we couldn't swim in the ocean. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was also a stain on a chair that was in the room. Apart from that, we had no issues. We would probably choose this hotel again.
