We would not book this location again. The pricing does not match the dated and damaged interior rooms, dingy bedding/duvets. Did not feel at all like a Hilton property. Positive note - check in was friendly and fast.

The hotel was under construction, even though the website didn't warn me of that. Even after the construction, the "new" areas were still in poor condition. The hot tub was broken the entire stay. The room was extremely dated, with a very old and non-smart TV. Not what I have come to consider a Hilton Garden Inn. Will not stay here again, and most likely will avoid Hilton Garden Inn moving forward.

The hotel is being renovated which I understand but my room had dirty floors and caulking stuck to the floor and there was paint all over the furniture. The bathrooms were clean and the bed comfy.

Unfortunately my wife and I caught the hotel during renovation. The hot tub that was suppose to be in the room we booked was taken out, got reassigned to a different room and was downgraded to two beds that we were told were queen size but upon entering, they turned out to be full size. The hot tub in this room was a standard looking tub with water jets and wasn't even working.

We were unaware the pool was closed until we arrived.

The hotel was under construction which was understandable, however, the pool was closed, we had 3 children with us for a 2 night stay to be able to see my husband graduate as a sergeant from the army, and we really only chose this hotel bc it had a pool, which was pricier than what we normally would have chosen. We were not told that the pool was closed, due to construction, which was not even being done on the pool, until we got there. If we had known the pool was closed, we would have stayed somewhere else that was a bit less expensive! I am not happy about that. Otherwise, the hotel staff was very nice and it was clean and nice in the room and lobby!

The carpets were wavy and stained, the tile in the bathroom were either stained or moldy. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool is in process of renovation.

The hotel is falsely advertising that they have an indoor pool. I booked the hotel specifically because I was wanting an indoor pool. When I discovered that the pool was not even operational, I asked for a refund but they refused. Just terrible customer service.

Room was given away. Staff advised that expedia canceled room. After speaking with the GM the folowing day, he told me what I knew, expedia did not cancel but the employee who lied about it gave it away. I called and spoke to the hotel ahead of time and explained it would be a late check in. My name was taken and I was told that it was no problem. We drove 6 hours after working all day and was unable to find a room due to spring break. 0 hotels available from HattiesB to Florida. Room was booked and paid a week ahead. My family slept in a parking lot. I will not be staying at a Hilton owned facility in the future.

The employees at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The room; however, is a different story. The first room we were given was already inhabited by a huge cockroach on the wall. To say the least we changed rooms. The air conditioning in the second room did not work. The third room was decent, although definitely not up to par for a Hilton property. It was clean but needed updating and overall maintenance. To say the least we will not be staying at this property again.

Overpriced hotel. Old and outdated. For a Hilton hotel, I was disappointed in what condition it was. Nasty carpet in the halls.
Pool was closed and this was a reason why I picked this hotel. I most definitely should I get part of the price I paid refunded back to me. Breakfast was not good, salty and very few items to pick from. I do not recommend this hotel.

First off if you’re paying for a room with a jacuzzi you would think the tv in the room would be a smart tv to make the experience even better. It had basic cable and the remote barely worked. Room was very basic. View horrible. The hotel also ran out of towels so we couldn’t get face towels which sucked. The jacuzzi wasn’t properly cleaned either so we decided to not even use it as to why we booked the room.

My experience with the hotel is a 1 star. We arrived Thursday night 12/07/23 around midnight only to be told the AC went out in multiple rooms and they had no other rooms available. Mind you they knew this a 8pm and didn't bother to call knowing that there were few if any other rooms available in tow due to USM graduation. Fortunately for us the 3rd shift attendant called around and found (1) hotel thay had a few rooms and it was in the same area. It was not the hotel I wanted, but we found somewhere to sleep. Unfortunately the hotel never.reached out apologize nor did I have time to call them. My daughter's graduation was much more important. The area is nice and close access tovthe interstate. I am sure if I actually stayed at the Hilon Garden, it would have been a great hotel, but I didn't so my experience was bad.

This is the worst hotel and conditions we’ve ever stayed at. The pics are deceiving..our “suite” had a terrible sour carpet smell. Ants and bugs on the beds and night stands. Carpets in hallways are wet and wrinkled up and a tripping hazard…my daughter caught her toe on it and fell. One reason I booked was for the indoor pool got kids and workout room for me. The pool was oily and murky and smelled aweful. My kids passed on swimming, for the first time on our trip. The workout room weights were greasy and the benches had stains, tried to use the hand sanitizer and it stunk so bad.The breakfast is laughable, it’s literally a continental breakfast like any other place….except this one is $12.99/each and has less options. I asked where the waffles were and was told they were not making them today “ this was no doubt the worst overnight stay we’ve ever had!

Check-in was very quick (Ethan) and professional. More expensive hotel, but no pet fee. Was concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel when entering through the side door, but the room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping staff were very friendly.

Stayed one night on a moving road trip.
Pros: Easy access to the freeway. Nice lobby, business, gym, and breakfast/dinner/bar area. Pet friendly w green areas.
Cons: beds were okay- one bed sagged into the middle. Room and halls had older carpet and bathroom walls and other areas a little run down. No parking for trailer (had to take up 4 spots which we felt bad about. They had off street parking but worry about theft).
Overall a GOOD quick trip stay. Just a little pricey for what it is. Paid $175. $125 would have been fair.

Our room was extremely disappointing for a Hilton Garden Inn. One of toilets (we had a 1.5 bathroom suite) looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were large stains on the carpet, stains on the lamp shade, and the hallway carpet was atrocious, like something out of a 1980s motel 6. One sink was clogged, the shower was mildrewed, and the shower door was very old and wouldn't shut all the way. The area above the window in the "living area" was peeling off and that area smelled like mold. If we had felt like packing back up and finding a new hotel, we would have. By far our worse experience in a hotel that was $150. Do not recommend unless remodeling takes place.

The bed was horrible. It was NOT comfortable at all. The room was in need of updating. The price far exceeded the quality. Breakfast was not included and even if you were willing to pay $12.95 for it there was no one there to serve you or replenish the buffet. We will never stay there again.

I booked through Expedia. It was 4 of us, my husband and I, and our 2 teenage grandkids. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I received a confirmation showing 2 queen beds. We checked into the hotel around midnight, got our room key. When we got in our room, we had 1 king bed and 1 chair. We were told that there were no queen beds available. All the other hotels in the area were booked due to kids world series baseball. So, my husband slept in the chair, grandson on the floor, and my granddaughter and I slept on the bed. We all hardly slept that night. I had to pay EXTRA to get a room with 2 queen beds $250 and was charged for it, but that is not what we received!!

My room was not ready for checkin until after 6 pm. They had no towels or wash cloths available. So no baths were able to be take . In the room, I found a dirty bandaid and two pills on the floor. I looked up what the pills were, one was for erectile disfunction and the other was trazadone. I had small children with me. Could you imagine if they had gotten a hold to the pills. There was moldy plates of food from Waffle House under the bed. The blanket they gave for the sofa bed had burn holes in it. We were awaken at midnight with the fire alarms blaring. This stay was not worth anymore than $100 and I paid $280. Huge waste of money. Very dissatisfied and they should have offered a huge discount for the stay.

The rooms stink! When we got to our room that evening we turned the air conditioner on and put our baby to sleep. After about 30 minutes we realized our air conditioner wasn’t cooling. Our baby was already asleep so we couldn’t wake him up to change rooms! It was a miserable hot night with no sleep! When we confronted the front desk, they told us they wouldn’t do anything because we booked with Hotels.com!!! And then she wouldn’t say another word to us! Do NOT stay at this hotel!!!

Upon arriving we were not greeted. Upon entering our room it stunk like cigarette smoke and dirt. The entire fourth floor was hot and musty. We thought booking with Hilton would be as great escape, but it was a hot disaster.
