Beautifully renovated property with wonderful amenities and extras such as the welcome reception on Wednesday evenings and free breakfast. Very family friendly, quiet, safe, and clean. Construction was ongoing as of the second week of September, but it wasn’t too loud or bothersome from the North wing. I would like to see cribs being offered as an amenity, but there is nothing to complain about here. I loved our stay and I would stay here again!

4th visit here and it’s been recently refurbished with much improvements to the rooms. Work was still ongoing in the reception area but this didn’t affect another great stay

Amazing experience at this hotel with my family. From the newly remodeled room, to the area surrounding the hotel, we loved it all. Definitely will recomend this stay to everyone!

Construction! Super loud. Was not notified. Hotel accommodating by letting us move rooms but treated us like it was our fault.

Even though it was under construction. The staff were excellent. The workers were respectful.

Pros: Great location. Easy to get to different areas. There is a great restaurant called Ototo Sushi Co. within walking distance. Cons: Yes, we were told the hotel is under construction. But, they have a whole other building that is done with the remodel. The room they put us in was in the building that was being remodeled. Time of construction were to be 9 to 6. They started at 8 and worked until after 6. One morning I woke up to some very loud construction right over my head. Called the front desk to ask if they are doing construction right above me and he said no they are on the 3rd floor. So I went up to the 2nd floor and sure enough they were doing heavy duty construction right above us!! Couch was dirty when we checked in, they said they would have it cleaned that day and it wasn't....finally asked to be moved. I mean really who would check someone in with heavy construction to be done one floor up?? They put us in the newly renovated building. There was glitter glue on the rug and the bathroom door didn't shut properly and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Breakfast was mediocre and you had to use your room key to go in and out of the breakfast room, very annoying. They did compensate us, gave us the parking for free. Should have given us a discount on the 2 nights staying in the construction zone! I can NOT recommend this hotel.

The hot complimentary breakfast was varied and quite flavorful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. My only complaint was that they were renovating and did not notify us to let us know. This led to the lobby being a little discombobulated and cluttered. Also, due to the renovation, the aforementioned complimentary hot breakfast did become a little less varied because they moved it to a smaller location. This meant we did not have as many options the last few days we were there. But other than that, it was a great stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed staying for a week with family (including toy poodle). Everyone at the property was very kind. We enjoyed breakfast and cooking in our room. Worried about construction noise but that was manageable. Pool was great. We loved our time here. Thank you!!

Very convenient, pool and jacuzzi is a plus, agents are nice, renovation and hall ways smell funny and little noisy especially the AC but over all pretty decent breakfast can improve not much choices

The shower in our room didn't drain properly and ended up near the closet outside of the bathroom which was also tiled but made us concerned. Also the property was in the process of remodeling on the 3rd and 4th floor and the first room we received was on the 2nd floor, the noise was unbearable so we moved rooms to the 1st floor. Great location, bad timing for our stay.

What a fun place to stay! We walked from the airport and did without a car (and SD traffic!!) with our 4 young kids and it was great at this location. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back! We’ve travelled to SD many times before and this was a TOP stay for family!

The area was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Quick drive to most things we wanted to see. The only downfall was having to pay for parking.

Stayed in the south building facing the water. Didn’t realize this was right next to the basketball court. Listening to a ball bouncing till 9:30-10 o’clock 2 of 3 nights we stayed was a little irritating. But over all the room was nice. Zero usb ports but the hotel is going thru a remodel so maybe they will have some soon.

Great 6 night stay! Even though part of the property was under renovation we barely even noticed. Nice rooms, pool, staff, pretty area by the bay. Only downside-could have used a few more kitchen items. Would totally stay here again!

Nice location near the airport and near restaurants. At the time we stayed the hotel was doing renovations in the lobby and rooms which was not a problem for us. Only thing I don’t like is they charge you for parking.

Construction was being done. I was sent a message a day before check in. Which is an inconvenience to deal with construction on vacation. Makes it feel like the business is all about making money and not care about customer service.

Property was under construction.The property star rating reflects that. This property exceeded my expectations as far as what I expected . It was a perfect place to entertain 3 teenagers and a 3yo. There was something for everyone. The kitchen he wasn’t stocked fully(missing sponge, not enough utensils etc ), however we appreciated being able to book last minute.
