A modern hotel with excellent facilities, good swimming pool and direct access to beach.

The website and advertising portray this as a nice hotel for adults. Not adults only but not screaming children everywhere. Every meal, in the bars, in the halls. Both pools are enclosed by metal fences which impede the view of the ocean. Plexi-glass would work and be more asthetic. We could not check in until after 4:00. The hotel sent us a bottle of the house sparkling wine and an apology. The food was better than most all inclusives but they did run out of some popular dishes. The staff was very nice, professional and courteous.

We liked the location, We did not like the fact that the hotel have no facilities on the beach you have to pay for the bed and parasol because it does not belong to the hotel , it’s not private it’s open for the public . the shower coming from the beach does not work , so you have to cross the restaurant go all the way up to the swimming pool just to have a shower , they will charge you 1 euro to change the beach towel which I found ridiculous, the steam room and sauna are on the basement you can only have access from the first floor it’s not convenient at all .

The entertainment staff are magical and work non stop to give holiday makers the best time. Alejandro was amazing - such a wonderful, kind and enthusiastic guy.

Smaller than expected, a lot of people and tourist, too crowdy!

Stayed with my daughter, was very nice. Everything was close pool, beach etc. didn’t stay all inclusive so can’t comment on that but overall had a really nice stay.

Lovely! I would highly recommend. I would stay again! Just keep in mind the pools have limited hours. However, the beach is steps away and never closes.

I had a fantastic stay and I could not find a fault with this hotel. There was a culture of politeness and friendliness amongst the staff, from the front desk to the cleaners and all the others. They were so welcoming. The hotel was so clean and there was a of things to do on the premises like live music in the evenings, the food and the bars and restaurants. There was also direct access to the beach. The views were stunning. I was there with my daughter and we loved it and I would come again and again. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in June 2024. The hotel was busy but not full. Hotel was lovely, clean and has very friendly staff. Great food choices and drinks are available all day. Facilities in the rooms are adequate although hairdryer is basic. They have a good range of toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and body lotion all available and plentiful. However I was glad I took my own shampoo and conditioner, as it’s better quality. I would not recommend for the physically disabled though, as the pool is not easily accessible by wheelchair, there is a lift to the ground floor where a pool is but you have to negotiate a steep ramp. The other pools are a short walk from hotel and on our experience well run and we didn’t have to fight for a bed as they don’t allow anyone into the pool areas before 10 am and there’s no tolerance of bed hogging. A few bars and pool bars are all inclusive but some are not and there’s only one main restaurant which is all inclusive. The other restaurants are paying. The near by village has a couple of nice restaurants and the train and buses/taxis are all excellent and close by. The main resort of Benalmádena harbour/old town is a €12-15 taxi ride away. You can get to Benalmádena,Fuengirola and Marbs by train cheaply, which the station is excellent and close to hotel. Nightly entertainment is very good but on Friday through to Sunday, it’s held in the paying bars, so not free. All in all a great stay.

Staff were always smiley attentive and helpful. Hotel was clean and newly renovated. They offered family pools as well as adults only pools which was nice.

Really nice hotel, ticked all the boxes for what was needed. Not the largest selection of food but it was all cooked well and presented well. The restaurant staff were sometimes a bit slow in coming to take your drinks orders, sometimes we went without. So convenient being right on the beach front and the view was amazing. Can not comment on the bar too much as we only went twice and we did not watch the entertainment. I would definitely go back

It all depends on your expectations. We expected something more elegant, with less mass-tourism feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rest was really a disappointment. There are not enough resources to accommodate all these people. The breakfast is chaos, which might be ok if the food was ok, but it really isn’t. How is it possible to serve almost inedible fruit in the south of Spain? Even the coffee was strangely undrinkable. Too little space in the pool area. Not enough sunshades. Too loud music. This is a place for tour operators. If you don’t travel like that, choose another place.

Being on the beach was a big draw, pool didn't open till 10am would have liked to have a swim before breakfast. The food options wee limited.

It´s a nice hotel with excellent sea views, this hotel is like a ship cruise, small rooms, noisy rooms many people around, big average breakfast buffet nothing special. This is a 3 start hotel.

Going back!!

Lovely Hôtel fabulous staff, food very repetitious for a 4 star hotel so ate out a few times, , one restaurant was closed so that was a little disappointing, overall a pleasant stay .

It wasn’t fully operating. Some of the advertised restaurants were not open.
