The check in process was not smooth; the staff was rude and rushing us for a 5 rooms check in process. WiFi was not working until we all came down for their personal service to get connected

All the outdoor areas are under construction. Very ugly outside. The Hotel pictures online don’t match reality. They should say before you book that the Hotel is under construction

Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week.

Beautiful and very clean. Everywhere you look at, it’s very nice. The people at dining area were very polite and helpful. Although the bed was not that comfortable, but overall we had so much fun staying and surely we will be back and recommend the place to our friends..And also, if you can have some English movies on your TV channels or even an English subtitle that would be a big factor to entice more guests….

It is a amazing hotel needs refurbishment but it is ticking every box

Property was nice for the day time, however at night the very loud music started and lasted until 3am. I feel with a discounted expedia rate, we were given a room closest to the noise. Tour group rooms appeared to be located further away from the noise. I dont just mean noise, even while wearing ear plugs, I still felt the room vibrating. Hotel appears to cater to tour groups, as we watched many groups come and go.

The aircon doesn’t work in the rooms. Very commercially run property with floating tourists so there is no care taken to ensure cutomer is happy

very enjoyable stay, great hotel with very nice staff. there was quite a bit of maintenance work going on during our stay which would have been nice to know about before our stay. i have never stayed in a hotel that confiscates food and soft drinks before. no food allowed in the rooms unless it is room service? even the locals were amused by this one. other than those 2 points it was a very professionally run hotel

Good place to stay. Staff were great. I had made some request before coming and they were able to accommodate all of them except maybe just for one thing- I had made a request for nonsmoking room- but don’t think it was- I entered the room could smell smoke and was covered by an air freshener. Bed was a little lumpy but ok. Seems like the room has everything you need. View was great!!

We loved the hotel and the staff was great.. only dislike was the seafood restaurant.. prices were not listed inside only outside on the street so the hotel guest can’t see it unless they walk outside literally on the street. The staff at restaurant didn’t understand English like the staff inside the hotel. everything else was great.

Excellent hotel, great service. The only thing I good not care for was the smoking smell.

Perfect place

Too much noise at night from the other rooms and also from the club right next to the hotel. Couldn’t sleep well. Breakfast and open buffet dinner were adequate. Hotel needs renovation. Liked that there was Starbucks inside the hotel. There isn’t much öne can do at night in the hotel, especially if you have Kids. Overall ok but only for a short time.

Very good spa place

I thhink the personel in the reservation department is not very knowledgeable and not very accommodating. Your people should be more of a problem solver than just making reservations. I had guests staying at your hotel , but I ended up paying twice because they did not work with expedia. Very disappointed.

Beautiful location with an amazing view

Check in was a breeze. Our room was in a corner, windows on two walls. Very high ceilings and great views! We had dinner at the fish restaurant, it was terrific. We stayed only 2 days, we want to come back. Breakfast is very good, a great variety of food.

The sea view & access is the hotel’s strongest point. Its food quality & taste is the worst point.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Our rooms were looking at the sea and very spacious. The hotel was very elegant, great breakfast area with a wonderful view, a feast that was included in the price. They had a huge lap pool, one of the best infiniti pools I swam and a great exercise room. Close to town with a comfortable walk.

Nice resort right on the water, swim deck, instead of beach, access to the sea offers a different experience. Services on the swim deck/cabanas area are beyond wonderful. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Over many years we are returning guests to Charisma, we were treated horribly by the reception staff upon check in. A minor error in the reservation resulted in aggression by the reception and they demanded to see my personal cell phone. This is not the Charisma I came to love years ago. Embarrassing! 😞

the staff bad and not interesting attitude special at the Buffett . In my room the refrigerator was not working and I requested 2 times . at night and in the morning never got any answer. and was very important to us ,because I had medicine that need to be refrigerated. also I request extra blanket and I never got it.

I had to get an adopter to charge my phone. The internet would log you off after a few seconds of usage. The building is old and needs to be updated.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean, very pretty with great view. The pool and the sea front areas were amazing. We just wish the staff was more welcoming and friendly. Other than that, everything else was great.

We loved this hotel! The music was a little loud at night, but the view, location and amenities are wonderful. Rana at the front desk was really helpful and made our stay more enjoyable.
