Safe place

Found an acrylic fingernail on the floor under bed and a hair elastic on the bathroom floor. The restaurant does.not offer any vegetarian meals, just fries or salad.

The hotel was so unhygienic and smelled so bad, I couldn’t stayed even for a minute in the room As service was terrible, I had to change my hotel and check out from this property immediately and they didn’t even agree to refund the money even though no service was used Unpleasant experience!!!!!!

we were stuck in the last available unit even after booked weeks in advance, the unit needed alot of maintenance. No hot water in the shower, no cold water at the sink. Not draining in the coffee sink area, knob was almost off door. light in living room bulb burned out.

The photo they show doesn’t reflect how the property actually looked. We also found a cockroach running across our bathroom counter. We packed up our stuff and left the hotel as fast as we could. We stayed in room 613 and paid almost $1000 for two nights. We also had to fight for a refund after we showed them pictures of the cockroach.

The only negative thing was that there was a wedding going on and the attendants were very loud outside our room. We had to ask them to quiet down as we had an early (4:00 a m) flight to catch. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The only complaint that I have is related to the cleanliness of the room. Although it was clean but I expected more.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience with your hotel. I was responsible for arranging accommodation for an international artist who was performing at an event. Given the importance of this arrangement, I made sure to complete all necessary steps, including calling your hotel in advance and filling out the authorization form to ensure a smooth check-in process. Despite these efforts, when the artist arrived at your hotel, they were met with unexpected demands, including the requirement for an additional credit card. This was particularly concerning as I had already provided all necessary information and had been assured that everything was in order. The artist had traveled a long distance and was looking forward to a hassle-free check-in. The unexpected requirements caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, both for the artist and for our team because we then needed someone else to present their card and temporarily move our artist to a different hotel. This situation not only reflected poorly on our organization but also on your hotel, which was entrusted with providing a welcoming experience for our guest. I would like to understand why the previously agreed-upon arrangements were not honored and what measures you will take to prevent such issues in the future. It was a total waste of my time. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Decent stay, clean. Beds need an upgrade though, not very comfortable.

It’s an old building that’s falling apart. Air conditioning is terrible. Bathroom sink was not draining. WiFi is bad. Also As I enter the basement for gym. There was an awful sewer smell and basement was dirty.

Fantastic hotel to stay

I enjoyed the easy parking, along with the area seemed safe as well.

I loved my stay at the Radisson Toronto, and I will be staying there on my next visit to Mississauga.

The hotel is run down. Room service took 90 mins for 2 salades. Poor quality food. There is no airport shuttle and the taxi service they use is very expensive. They added extra fees that I have never heard for a taxi ride. Stay somewhere else there are a lot of options near the airport.

We love the location is close to highway and downtown. Hotel is nice and quiet. Staff are nuce and friendly. Thanks for keeping up nice place, have a lovely day

Didn’t like bathroom much and bed sheets had stains on it. We had to request to replace them but otherwise stay was good.

I did not like being asked to pay my entire bill plus a deposit before being given the room key. The price was great, but you get what you pay for. The place is very dated, the furniture has built in grim, need to be replaced. The electronics in the room, plugs and USB ports are all very loose or broken. I asked for a pen and paper and had to call back two hours later as it never arrived. The hot tub was closed for maintenance and the sauna was just not usable. The pool looked nice but had a couple canoodleing in it so I just didn't bother. I ordered room service twice and while edible, I was disappointed by the grocery store hamburgers at steakhouse prices. The two room service staff were very nice and efficient, even though they both had to make two trips for reasons not their fault. I did actually like the room, although very dated it was clean, served my purposes, the bed was very comfortable and it was huge for the price. I booked the hotel for the hot tub and pool, so was disappointed I was unable to use them.
