Great staff! lots of restaurants and shopping within a few steps. TIP:If you are flying into the international terminal, van shuttle service request needs to be called in. In it not part of the regular route.

Would have LUV’d if the pool was open.

I didn’t like to pay for parking

Toilet was broken we had to take off the top to lift the handle from the inside to flush. The air wasn’t working the whole thermostat was broken. Only 1 bottle of water in the room, no soap no toothpaste or toothbrush. Bed has ring around it and breakfast was too expensive. Staff tried to charge me twice after I paid online

I had an emergency & was unable to stay or even step in the hotel & they refused to give me a refund.

Check in was fast and easy. Hotel staff quick to respond to questions. Enjoyed the area.

The staff were very friendly and the driver of the shuttle were also great!

We stayed one night to be close to the airport and on that side it was feasible. The service was terrible, the employee who was there at night was arrogant and not at all friendly. She did not explain anything about the facility nor did he give details of how to access the rooms. In general it was normal for what we needed it, even so the facilities for interacting looked good

We have stayed multiple times and this is a convenient hotel with covered parking, friendly staff and close to the airport and mall.

Clean property, lots things to do in the area, shopping, casino, restaurants and they are all walkable. Plus nice amenities in the hotel lobby.

Great hotel only issue is they are a bit cramped.

Close to walk to Impact Field

Parking was a chore. I had to go back to hotel to get parking revalidated. Breakfast was expensive, for the price of stay, should be free! Even juice was not offered.

Parking situation was a bit odd, but other than that, it was a very nice and quiet place to stay. Decent selection of restaurants right behind the place, too.

This was a one and done hotel. It was hard to access, and find the correct parking in the parking garage. Once we got into the hotel and I attempted to check in I was told since my wife made the reservation for myself and my daughter that they would have to refund the deposit and re charge everything to my credit card which I have never had happen before, but I figured it that was the worst thing that happened it would be ok, but that was far from it. We finally got into our room and it was extremely musty, and the AC unit barely kept the room cool, the carpet was sticky, and there was a bird feather in the room… not sure about that one. The hotel was sold out for a convention in the area. Checkout was marked as noon, and on the day of checkout we were in bed in the morning and heard a very faint tap. I was not sure what it was and my daughter woke me up and asked if it was someone knocking. We both got out of bed and headed to the door and before we could get there the door was pushed wide open with a person asking what time we planned on checking out! This was around 8:30am with noon checkout. No apologies from the housekeeping staff at all. I went and told the front desk what happened and their solution was removing the parking fee and offering free breakfast. As the title says I will not be back at this hotel. They were definitely more concerned with their corporate guests than families.

Very close to the airport and if you need to go to the city there is close metro nearby. Has parking and has eateries around and shopping too. Hotel has clean rooms snd comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is somewhat conveniently located near the convention center. However, it's a bit pricier compared to the other 2 hotels nearby. The facilities and amenities are not super impressive to justify the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We always amstay at Aloft hotels when we're in the Chicago area. We've never had a bad experience at your hotels.

The rooms need blackout curtains that cover the entire window. During our stay the lights from the neon signs on the street kept lighting up our room throughout the night. I had the worst sleep I have had in any hotel. Blackout curtains are pretty much standard in any hotel. The room designers should try sleeping in the room for a night. Not going back to this hotel.
