There was no one when we walked in - no security, no one checking baggage, no one at the front desk (eventually one person appeared to check us in) no lights, we doubted if the hotel was functioning. Leaky bathroom was proof of low maintenance. Breakfast was minimalistic and average in taste. Looks like COVID has had a bad impact on this property.

Room was large (I was upgraded to a suite), but somewhat dated. Wooden flooring had gaps and electronic control for shower was broken. Service was excellent, with very attentive staff.

The hotel is good with rooms comfortable, however due to the Metro work going on, the traffic is awful in the locality and lot of dust gets kicked up.The complimentary Breakfast spread was good enough and staff were courteous.

Charged me way too much for taxi because I am a foreigner. Be careful of this if you are traveling from the west. When I reached my final destination the locals could not believe how much I payed for my taxi (arranged by the hotel). They also forgot to pick me up at the airport, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel by myself in the middle of the night, I was upset and they said they would give me a discount for the room, but they didn’t, they charged me full price and then scammed me on th taxi. I would not stay at this hotel, and if you do, be aware that the staff is after your money! They do not care about the people who stay here. Watch your wallet!

Booked three rooms for my colleagues and me. Clerk suggested it would be cheaper using Expedia, so I did. He said it did not matter which room I selected, since I was standing there. After booking online, the front desk manager put his nose into the matter and said there would be an additional fee. Did not pay attention to me when I showed him there should be none based on online rate. Blew me off, and I informed him that neither my staff nor I will ever stay at his hotel again. Customer service matters, especially for frequent business travelers. Hire better managers in the future! The clerk was much more helpful.

Hotel overall is good. Staff are excellent (could help out in hiring taxis other than their own).
However, the room on our second stay in the same month was not good. Taos were squeaky from disuse, chair in room was old unkempt with sunk seat, TV remote didn't work smoothly.

Myself and my wife were very happy with our stay at Fortune Select Trinity.
We will come back to same hotel when next in bangalore.

I had stayed there for three nights on an official visit. Though my overall experience was good it was a bad beginning as I had to check some important mails and messages but only after more than half an hour and three reminders I could get Internet on the Wi-Fi in the room.
The same issue got repeated next day morning and evening and again it took some time and a personal visit of the staff to set right the connectivity.
The room size was good and had basic amenities. However, there were no bathroom slippers or dental and shaving kits.
The breakfast had lots of items and was tasty but both the days that I had it Aalo Paratha, Vada and Upma were the veg options. They can make changes in these items.
The staff was very courteous and helpful.
