Stayed here overnight when going to the theatre at the Lowry. Conveniently situated, the tram to Media City and the Lowry is a short walk away. Three stops to Media City. Clean, comfortable with welcoming staff.

We stayed for 2 nights for Christmas shopping. The hotel was lovely. The only thing we can complain about we paid for 2 days parking in the hotel £24 however when we got back there was no spaces in the car park and had to pay to stay at another car park across the road costing another £15.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Near to tram stop and very convenient for exploring Salford and Salford Quays. Tasty breakfast and evening meal.

Excellent location - we attended an event at O2 Victoria Warehouse. Metrolink tram nearby and good connections via bus. Parking at hotel is limited as it’s shared with next door Ibis hotel.
Friendly receptionist, explained room type and offered pre-pay breakfast option as it was £2 cheaper to buy in advance.
Room was very clean, well presented ,soft pillows,Nepresso machine with complimentary (4) capsules and free water & 2 beers in the fridge. Also a kettle with tea & coffee.
Room was quiet,well sound proofed. Extra water was left outside door when do not disturb sign was evident.
Breakfast offered a good choice and if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member you can have omelettes in addition for free. Well stocked up ,hot food, plenty of tea & coffee options.
Didn’t use the gym however there is a Pure Gym within 10 minutes walk.
All the staff appeared to be happy ,welcoming and acknowledging and service driven and they ensured all needs were provided.
On check out we were asked how our stay was and thanked.
A great,relaxing stay.
I reported toilet flush being difficult and also a leak in the sink and the receptionist noted and contacted the engineer straight away.

We had a lovely stay! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and we found it to be very quiet. It was really handy having a safe and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also really enjoyed breakfast, lots of choice. Shower pressure also very good.
Great location for media city UK, and there's a tram stop basically right outside for the city centre.
I didn't get his name but the staff member on reception last night (~11pm) was fantastic, really accommodating and welcoming. In fact, most staff we came across were lovely.
The only downside was the parking situation which, whilst very convenient and easy to organise, has no wriggle room for extension beyond checkout if you wanted to explore the area the next day. This is no fault of the hotel and we easily found alternative parking options, it's just something to be aware of for anyone who's had this option elsewhere before.

Staff were extremely friendly , kind and welcoming
For a 4 star hotel i would have hoped for a little more in certain areas. They did not supply anti allergy bedding which made for a very unpleasant morning after a sneezy night. Similarly there are no bathrobes in the rooms. Finally the parking is £12 a day . But the hotel was clean and quiet. The gym was good , but only 1 bench so if more than 2 people were exercising it would be impossible.

The staff are exceptional,from housekeeping ,Magerrita ,bar service Sithal and Mariaya at breakfast service to name a few.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable and after travelling through 15 different countries and staying at many different hotels, we where glad we ended our hotel stays at AC Marriot,before our long flight back home to Australia.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great for our location. Very clean and comfortable. When we arrived the internet was down and we couldn’t check in however the communication was good and we were offered complimentary drinks for our wait which was a lovely gesture for our inconvenience

Reception staff very good, were able to make a change to the allocated room quickly- the rooms overlooking the road are quite noisy unless they are high up.
Breakfast was poor. Small things : running out of cooked food, milk carton had fallen over in the ice bucket and was diluted with water, food order forgotten about, cheap sliced bread for toasting, just made the meal unpleasant. The Servers were good in rectifying problems but it was tedious to keep asking.

We arrived and were greeted by an excellent receptionist. The room however had areas where the headboard was ripped and the bed was simply two singles pushed together. Not the queen size bed we were promised.

I have booked with many AC hotels previously but over the years I have found that they've been left to get a little tired. Small things like marks on the headboard and bubbling wallpaper dampen the experience. But the staff here were amazing. Credit where its due I couldn't have asked for better service from the hotel staff the entire time I was there. All of them were so good and a credit to the business.

Had booked the room months in advance and upon check in was given a disability room, without being told. We found using the bathroom uncomfortable due the sink being too low. Very basic room and facilities for over £400 for the night

Could do with redecorating rooms.
Room was ok duvet cover had a small hole in it and head board on bed was scratched a lot. They need to move chairs when cleaning as sat down and crumbs under chair by windows.
Staff friendly enough and the complimentary water in the fridge was a good touch. Food overpriced so didn’t bother with breakfast

Good clean property but limited outlets available in the room which makes it difficult when you need to dry or straighten hair. The outlets aren’t near a mirror either . I appreciate it’s minor problem and probably not relevant for some.
