Everything was great, except the WiFi on the room I stay at was no WiFi reachable, I’ll call the front desk, and they solution was to restart my computer (devices), I have to use my data plan instead for a business conference call,

Nothing fancy, but always clean and comfortable.

The hotel was convenient, safe and the staff was friendly. The young lady at the front desk was great. While the hotel was clean, it was starting to show signs of needing technology updates. The television service was spotty and the door cards had to be reactivated multiple times. I would stay again, but hopefully some updates are in the future.

Service was excellent! We did switch rooms as 1st smelt like cigsmoke. Staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was ok. Not much, but if motel dont have alot of guest i understand saving food.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Overall good experience staying in the hotel. But the wall is thin and I was woken up by people checking in late in the evening. But I think this is very typical among hotels as well.

It’s older. But the management is very nice. The tv in the room the sound was messed up .it would go up and down and up and down in sound. The air conditioner was very loud.

Very pleased. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and kind.

Building and location is nice. Service was amazing. I don’t remember the lady’s name that checked us in, but she was so nice and friendly, just amazing. Breakfast is okay at best in my opinion.

Desk help was awful

Small and not overwhelming which was perfect for just my kids and I. Staff were also very nice

A/C was noisy and not cooling well. It was always on full blast, so I had to turn it off to get any sleep. Another guest said the A/C in his room didn't cool at all. The walls are even thinner than most economy hotels. The bathroom fan was noisy enough that I used the hall light rather than turn on the bathroom light that was inseparable from that fan.

It was perfect nothing wrong at all in the room and lady at front desk was awsome

Good Hotel

For a quick trip its fine. The front was very friendly and helpful. We had to ask for towels, soap and shampoo. We were there for 3 nights for our son's graduation.

Older hotel. Not maintained very well. Many services were unavailable. E.G. pool closed, couldn't take CC payment for snacks, etc. If you're looking for just a place to sleep, this place is functional. If you're looking for minimum service and friendliness, this isn't the place for you.

Claimed pool was closed due to chemical issues. Kept saying it might be open each day. But it wasn’t. One clerk said city trying to close down their pool. I wouldn’t have stayed if pool wasn’t going to be open and I told them that on day one. Room not stocked up for the 4 people that I reserved for. Breakfast very poor. Staff not very helpful. Manager even less helpful. Will never stay in a comfort inn again.

This property is so outdated they’ve done nothing to do any type of updates on it at all. The bathroom is gross. The toilet seat was all chipped. The water container with lemons in it look like it hadn’t been changed in days. It was filthy with just lemons, floating down the bottom it was a very overall horrible stay.

First of all my husband and I requested to be on the 1st floor and where out in a handicap room and neither of us are handicapped. The front desk attendant during the day was unprofessional and not customer service orientated and pretty much rude to any request we had. Our room was in bad shape, dirty bathroom floor when we wiped it down with the white towels they came up brown. The bathroom door made a terrible sound when opening or closing and it would not stay open. The bathroom where the fire sprayer is in the ceiling had a hole all the way around it showing the roof space, the light above the sink did not work. The hotel refused house keeping service on Saturday so trash was full, dirty sheets, and towels. Both my husband and I woke up with bites if some type on our abdomen! Praying it’s not bed bugs. I have never written a bad review but this hotel was the worst experience I have had booking with Hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel at all. This was extremely disappointing for me as I have always had excellent recommendations from Hotels. com.

The stay was ok. Their breakfast was terrible.

First room I got, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. Changed rooms. Never saw housekeeping the whole four days I was there. Had to go ask for toilet paper at the front desk.

The front desk clerk was so nice and friendly.

the guy managing the front desk isnt really customer friendly, plus i had a question about the extra $50 tacked to my invoice stated it was for damages that may incur, i asked if i got that back, he never responded, i guess i will know when my CC bill comes in

The room was nice, clean and roomy but the shampoo bottle was half used instead of finding fresh new bottles. The desk worker was giving a couple of ladies a hard time about getting clean towels in their room.
