The hotel needs a serious facelift. The staff are excellent but they are being brought down by bad design of the rooms and unimaginative design of the bathrooms. The towels seem old and discoloured. This is not the condition one expects from a Tata Hotel

Hotel located very conveniently in the whitefield area. Staff are very friendly. Bathroom doesn’t have a tub or a telephone shower. Needs a bit of an upgrade here.

Staff was being nice but the hotel was not well maintained. The room had smoke smell even though I had booked with 10 year old kid, the locker did not work , the showers in steam room below did not have hot water and water drainage had issues.

The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Very friendly and helpful and took their time to look after me. However the hotel is extremely dated and tired and felt well used. Although my room was cleaned each day it still felt “grubby”

The property is not worth the money it charges. They are not very flexible with upgrades and benefits for the guests. I expected them to do much better.

The Spa is a disgrace. The Sauna doesn’t get heated up, not enough towels. Locker keys doesn’t have a number indicating the locker number. The carpet on the fifth floor corridor is in extremely bad shape. The bathroom is abysmal with water leakages every where and no hand shower.

Have you ever visited a start hotel in America? They only cater to their own tastes and their peoples first. If you are Indian and you happened to be in America, you have to adjust to American food. Thats how much they care about
So you don’t have any pride for your culture and food? What do you eat at home? salami, hamburgers? Then why do you offer those in your buffet?
Being in Bengaluru you should proudly serve south Indian food as main offering and then consider giving some options for those westerners.

Very good hotel . Maybe the best staff and service I had seen recently . There was a booking error that Mithun fixed and he was very supportive in accommodating us . Also the staff Aijas Zehra at the front desk was really helpful . She really knows her duties . The rooms were soo clean . The luggage’s were are screened an sanitised . The staffs and security were really great. They are very professional and I would surely return here .

The Vivanta service was excellent this time. I was suffering from a real bad throat and one of the restaurant employees made a kadha. It was a really sweet gesture. Apart from it, the overall environment is superb. This is a place for all kinds of travelers.

Hotel is in bad shape.. rooms smell of pesticides, lots of street noise level (traffic and metro construction), lights don't work..water pooling in bathroom.. tiny shower and toilets . Very uncomfortable bed, rundown furniture - wish I had anything positive to say about the room at all. Very disappointing for a Vivanta property.
On a positive note chef Pradyumna and Afreen at the restaurant were great. The dinner he prepared for us was the highlight of our stay there and Afreen is simply very pleasant.

The Architect has tried to build an ultra modern hotel like a software office which itself is big defeat for him.The bar is located in tucked out location.It looks like Hooka bar with couches. Once you look at the bar all your spirits vanish.Had lunch at the Indian restaurant with friends. Food and service were excellent. Staff overall are upto Taj standard and professional.Room layout was different and was OK.Swimming pool needs renovation.The veranda carpet was dark brown and most unpleasing.Expecting Taj Standard was probably my mistake.

Great Stay. very new hotel. beautiful and clean rooms. people may need to be trained more to manage customer expectations. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Only Feedback to give is the food which they delivered in the mid night. No taste at all. I wasted my credit of 1000/- ( part of hotel deal). But overall good stay
