Very nice hotel with excellent staff, especially whomever checked us in and Ana, who worked the evening shift. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room after a beautiful walk around town. Two pools. Upscale with an excellent value. 12 Euro cab ride to/from airport. The use of fragrance in cleaning products and laundry detergent made the room and bed overpowering for me, as I have chemical sensitivities. Highly recommend this hotel but ask for a “green cleaned” room if you have chemical or fragrance sensitivities.

We have absolutely no complaints about our stay at Antillia.
The front desk was welcoming and helpful even before we got there. While we weren't able to check-in early, we were allowed to park and use the pool area for a few hours as we waited.
The cheeseburgers from the bar were the best we had on the entire 10-day vacation, and we had many including the "best in town".
The location was a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of Ponta Delgada, which was convenient.
The included spa area was a nice touch, as we used the sauna/Turkish bath several times in addition to the pool.
Our balcony had a wonderful south-facing view overlooking the city and out into the ocean. It was beautiful.
Breakfast was not included and seemed a bit pricey, but this was a blessing as we were able to explore the many options in town at a fraction of the price.
All together, it felt like we were staying at a 4-star+ hotel, but at a 3-star price. It was terrific value and we would certainly stay here again!

Great room for families..well equipped. Indoor and outdoor pool clean . Could easily walk to city center ..best leave car in the evening as parking gets full quickly .

hotel was clean. had to use shower towels for the pool. ordered a veggie burger at the pool bar and they gave me a beef burger, which I took a bite of not realizing it was beef - i haven’t eaten meat in over 10 years so that was not a pleasant surprise. otherwise no complaints.

Helpful staff,clean,quiet,yet busy hotel,the town is within easy walking distance, with good bars and restaurants. Any tours you may wish to do can be booked at reception.

We had a nice weeklong stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was large and very clean. It’s not the most luxurious place - but everything is in a good condition. The hotel is also an easy walk down to the harbour and lots of restaurants.

We had a big Europe trip over 5 week many countries and many Hotels, Was best and biggest Family hotel room out of whole trip. We had two kids with us they get their own space. Would recommend highly and stay again

The staff at front desk are excellent! The apartment room was great and well kept up with a kitchen for 4 with sea views. Housekeeping did a good job when required. Value for breakfast is excellent to start the day. Facilities of the pool, hottub, Turkish bath and sauna are well maintained and a nice relaxing finish to the day exploring. Onsite free parking is a bonus to rent a car and explore the island. Great restaurants within a10_15 min walk. Overall an A and we hope to be back.

Just a one night stay, I changed accommodation to Hotel Antillia to avail of the pool. Would not recommend for solo travellers as there are better options but the hotel is well suited for families.

Really nice hotel, very walkable. Tiny room but nice and had a view of the water. Restaurant was decent and nice to hang out there by the pool after a long day. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us an early check in which we were very grateful after an overnight flight. Would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed staying at Antillia. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had a beautiful view looking out to the water which was a total plus. We enjoyed being able to sit by the outdoor pool and grab a bit to eat at the pool bar. Our couples massage was amazing and a great way to start our vacation. Being able to access the spa on-site was a lovely perk.

Hotel is clean and staff is welcoming, parking on the area is for free, that's all the good news. Beds are too hard and in all ways you can imagine uncomfortable, we were barely able to sleep in 9 days stay. Our shower was leaking and couldn't be fixed during our stay. The breakfast is not really edible, we tried it one time and ate outside the rest of the days. Don't go there for spa it's not worth it. One small cabin for hot sauna and one for the Turkish bath, one jacuzzi surrounded by mold. I can live with all of that but I wouldn't stay here again because we really didn't get much sleep and the next day felt like a bus ran over us.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. The parking is a little tricky if you arrive mid day they don’t have enough parking for everyone you may have to street park. The room was very clean and very nice with a great view of the city. This hotel is in a great location it’s right in the heart of ponta Delgada and everything within a 10 min walk. The only complaint I have is the breakfast is NOT worth 10€ per day. The food is not good, the espresso is not good. There are a lot better places around the city to spend 10€.

The towels were awful, the bed was very hard, there were no shelves in the shower, the safe cost 2.5 Euros a day, a 10 Euro deposit was needed for towels for the pool, and a bathing cap was required for the indoor pool. We did like the breakfast and it was quiet.

We were allocated a twin room not a double which they said could not be changed. They offered to move the beds together but only the following day.
Restaurant was closed for all of our stay of 5 nights.
A bottle of water in the room would have been welcome.
Bathroom was in my opinion unsafe. Shower was in the bath which was quite high to climb into. There was no grab handle or anti slip mat. Getting out was dangerous - an accident waiting to happen !!
House keeping left a little to be desired. Glasses never washed and some bathroom items also.

This hotel is bigger than it looks. Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, good WiFi, comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions.

This hotel was wonderful for our stay with two young kids. The pool area was their favorite part!
The one negative thing is that they ask for your passports at the front desk to hold onto during your stay. We denied this and kept ours with us. My brother and family left theirs, and were not automatically offered them back when they checked out. They ended up at the airport without passports and had to rush back to get them. It should be standard procedure when someone is checking out to offer their passports back!

Lovely hotel in the town centre with parking if needed. Small pool to cool off in. Fridge and kitchenette including filter coffee machine, hob, microwave with dining table. Hairdryer in the room.
Comfortable sofa bed in lounge. Only complaint was the beds were rock hard so not the best nights sleep.
Receptionist Helena was incredibly helpful at advising on tours, taxis and local buses.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located in walkable distance to all important sites, stylish, clean and quiet. Great buffet breakfast, pool and jacuzzi always available.Was impressed with professionalism and hospitality of hotel's staff: Vanessa, Lisandra, Elena and Diana made our stay very comfortable. Nuno demonstrated his ability to impress making good cocktails. Highly recommended!
