The hotal location is a bit far from city centre. It's also far from airport. so, you need public transportation for any direction. There are only a few options of restaurants around. The service is very good and staff are kind and helpful

Good location , breakfast spread was great and fresh. More importantly the staff were wonderful and happy to help with advice, booking taxi etc. easy walk from main train station and we walked pretty much the red bus route of the hop on bus from the hotel so great location.

We used Ikonik Lex for a two night stay.
The hotel was a good compromise for accessing (two to three minute walk to Metro station) transport links to Tourist sites in Barcelona (between ten to twenty minutes), and ease of getting to the airport for our early morning flight via the Metro line (easy stress free thirty minutes).
We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation; the room was well maintained and clean, staff were approachable, friendly and informative, the bed was comfy to ensure we had a great night’s sleep.
We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast option at the hotel so unable to make comment on this area.
We would have no hesitation in using the hotel in future trips.

This hotel is well located in a walking distance from metro stations. There is friendly & professional stuff at the reception
The room is spacious and feels modern. The downside is that it is a bit dark and does not have ideal soundproofing (one can hear noise from street or your neighbours)

Cute hotel with easy check in and check out. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Furniture a little dated but OK. Hot water kettle, coffee and tea in the room - a big plus.

This was a boutique hotel with easy access to the trains into the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We required distilled water for our CPAP machines and the hotel arranged to get this water for us. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well.

It was my second time at this hotel. I really lovedvthe big and comfy bed. The staff was friendly. They even offered a early check in, but I already had plans, so I just left my lugguage an returned at 14h to check in.
I'll definirely be staying there bext time I'll be in Barcelona, if the rates will be affordable.

This hotel is not too close to any shops. It cost me $20 to go to the Gothic Quarter.

It was a central, nice hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful. We liked generally the hotel. The only problem was with bed linen. We stayed 3 nights and wanted after second night that the bed linen are changed because they didn’t do it. When came back at 01.00 o’clock we have seen that they just put the new linen on our bed so we had to change it by ourselves in the middle of night. I have never seen something like this in another hotel before. Maybe in Barcelona is it that way I don’t know :)

It’s a decent hotel, but quite a distance from the city centre. We had to take 25-30 minutes transit every time to all the major landmarks, so that was quite painful. The only good thing is, it’s very close to the airport. The hotel itself is very clean and offer very nice breakfast for 11 Euros. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. If you’re looking for fun and all the action of the city then I’d suggest staying close to the city centre.
If you’d like a quiet stay, far from the city then Ikonik Lex is your hotel.

AC was noisy, I had to switch off during the night to sleep but then I was hot.
Cigarettes smells in each corridor.
Breakfast served too late for a business stay w/o possibly to have a coffee before 8am.
No good restaurant in the area.

It was good, the staff very kind and the room was tiny but confortable. The only bad comment is that the street was so noisy specially when recicling people used to work early morning

The hotel had no atmosphere of being a welcome place to stay.there was no tea or coffee facilities and check in at 2 we got there at 3 and not ready.
I don't know how they got a 4star rating but we changed hotel for our last night which was a 4star and the difference was vast.

Air conditioning was not working & there were missing more blankets. It was rather cold.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

The bed linen showed small blood stains, so we ordered a new one.
Unfortunately, we never got a new fresh one.
The window was broken, so we could not git fresh air inside.
In the bath are some tiles coverd with mould, I would recommend to get this fixed. It is no good feeling cleaning your body while there is black mould looking in your face.

we liked that it was close to The centre of Barcelona (10-15) minutes with a taxi. The bathroom wasn’t the best as it had a sliding door which made an awful creaking noise every time we opened and shut it
