The check in was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Our family had some room to spread out a bit and that was nice. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The complementary breakfast was very good as well. The food was hot and they had plenty of variety. Everyone ate well before ventuing out for the day.
The hotel was conveniently located right off of the interstate. There were restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. However- even though our room overlooked the parking lot- the rooms were quiet and had nice room darkening shades.

The Holiday Inn Express in Johnson City, TN is a very good place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Also, the cleaning staff do a fantastic job on the rooms and public areas. I definitely would recommend.

The hotel was so clean! Everyday there was attention to detail. The breakfast was great and coffee available all day. The fitness room was clean and all equipment ran well. The room was great. It was fairly quiet with no complaints. Only things I had hoped would be better is that the hot tub worked and the outdoor fire pit worked. Otherwise this was a great stay!

Easy access to Interstate, comfortable bed, quiet location, yummy breakfast choices, very clean room. We have often found that staying at a Holiday Inn Express is a better experience than staying at a standard Holiday Inn. Wonder why that is?

I have one complaint. If a hotel is dog friendly please specify certain rooms/floors so that non dog patrons don’t have to smell dog odors. Last two hotels I’ve stayed in smelled and I am very sensitive to it.

Wonderful staff. The rooms carpet is pretty worn and the faucet in the shower didn’t completely shut off and it squealed. It was very annoying. My husband reported it but maintenance never fixed it. Pretty good continental breakfast. It is also conveniently located. But the most enjoyable aspect of the stay was the pleasant and competent staff we interacted with.

The location was great, close to the testing center to take the NCLEX! Breakfast was yummy, with plenty of options! The room was relaxing, quiet and very clean! Not to mention there was shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower!

Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and well maintained. Staff was extremely accommodating and went to extra effort to have our room ready despite our being an early out of state arrival. Breakfast was very good as well.

The staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean. The check in was okay, there was an issue finding our reservation. We were on the second floor and could hear everything from the people above us at night.

We were traveling from Maryland to Alabama for a weeding and stayed one night. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We arrived at around 4:30 and there was not a room cleaned yet so had to wait another half hour to 45 minutes. The room wasn’t to bad. The mini fridge didn’t work very well the freezer definitely didn’t my ice cream was completely melted in a few hours. Breakfast was decent and everyone we encountered was nice

Clean, comfortable room, great hot breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative was freezing cold pool and poor quality jets in hot tub, but the hot tub temp was great.

Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is always good. The pool had some problems. The heater was broken. My kids were upset and tried to play in the cold water. So next time check to make sure the heated pool is working.
