I always sanitize hotel rooms before I unpack my belongings. I cleaned the toilet seat and the wipes were dirty after cleaning them. Basement like smell in my room. There were clumps of dust under the heater system in the room. I was awakened by loud house keeping conversations in the hallway. The bed slept comfortably though.

It was a pleasant stay. I do wish there was food service all day .. it can be difficult to grab lunch or dinner and would make it more convenient

Nice and friendly staff

The staff was super nice, and the place was clean, but the wear on the property was noticeable, surprising for a place I thought was fairly new. Our room divider was missing two out of three panels, fridge rocked back and forth when opened (missing a foot), covers were missing from part of the shower faucet, we asked for a couple towels and the hosuekeeping staff literally had none. God love her, she gave us what she could find in the closet: one towel, three washcloths, and an extra floor mat. There was also a bug bleachy stain in the carpet leading from the elevator to our room—well, it made it impossible to miss! The food: I’ve stayed in many breakfast bar hotels and never had food so odd as this one. Everything was off-brand and the bread and eggs were just weird—bread was super bland and spongey, eggs were in little chunks that looked like Dippin’ Dots, bagels were tasteless, oatmeal was runny. Fruit and cereal were okay, coffee was okay. Did not try the waffles. After one try we just went out for breakfast (try the Flatiron Cafe, it’s great). Finally, there was weirdness with our room keys and our traveling companions keycards stopped workinf twice. Again, staff was nice, place was clean, likely will not stay again.
